Enter the home on the first floor through the stone foyer. The main floor is appointed with a great room with high vaulted ceilings, wood fireplace, entertainment center, breakfast bar and open kitchen, a step down wet bar and separate dining space. Large floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door to the back of the home bring the outside in. Entertaining is easy and fun with a large deck, gas BBQ grill, outdoor seating area. The first floor is rounded out with a 1/2 bath and bonus sitting area off the kitchen, plus one primary suite bedroom w/en suite bathroom and separate sliding glass door to the deck area.

The second floor provides the majority of the sleeping space and offers (3) bedrooms and an open loft and hall way that surrounds the great room. Bedroom 1 (a second suite) is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 is appointed with a twin bunk and full size bed w/twin trundle (sleeps up to 5). A gaming area for kids and adults alike is offered in the loft with a pool table, deluxe card table, and a second entertainment center.

This home is equipped with state of the art electronics including smart TVs in four rooms and a blue ray dvd player in the great room.
A two car garage, ping pong table and generous driveway round out this stellar rental!
NOTE - This driveway is on an uphill, shaded slope and requires 4 wheel drive with good tires during winter months
The upper oven only works, the lower oven does not. There is an extra fridge in the garage, the fridge in the wet bar area does not work.

There is no AC at this home. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
