This is a charming historical house, and we enjoyed the stay. Be aware that it is on a busy street, and parking is limited

Really cute place! Perfect for a low key bachelorette get together. The host was so responsive and helpful. I forgot an item and she helped me get it back. Would recommend this property.

This property is beautiful and very vintage. Keep in mind that all bedrooms are upstairs and no handrail for the first set but after the turn there is a handrail. Also, only one bathroom and it is upstairs. The house is beautiful and know trying to add another bathroom would compromise the charm of the home. People with mobility issues may find it difficult. Two of us had some issues but we made it work and loved its beauty and vintage atmosphere. Thank you!

Vintage home in a wonderful location to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and so much more. Love the area. Busier street but quiet in the house and in a beautiful neighborhood.Lots of space. We were there during extremely high temps and the upstairs did not cool very well. With extra fans we slept comfortably though. Would stay again

We were disappointed with this listing. It needs a deep cleaning behind and under beds and furniture. Thermostat was difficult to set. Refrigerator was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked including items left behind by other guests. Again a deep cleaning is needed. The solo bathroom had a low pressure shower and a toilet that required a flapper to be replaced. I did inform the host of the dryer that did not work and about the flapper as well. They are a work in progress. Five times I had to lift the toilet lid to hold the flapper in place in order to flush the toilet. Inconvenience a second bathroom would have been nice to avoid this inconvenience. The location was great, especially for our itinerary. Would I seek out this place again. No.
