This location is wonderful! We enjoyed watching wildlife (deer and fox) out the back window and morning walks in the quiet neighborhood. It was also a short drive into town for dinner at a local restaurant!
It worked out very well as a place for a large family gathering. The downstairs area provided space for people to play games or get away. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of table space and chairs. Beautiful view and very close to get downtown or into Kagy.
We had a great time in Bozeman. The house was just as described in the ad. Spacious, clean, beautifully maintained with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was amazing, with gorgeous views of the mountains, a nice playground for the little ones. Watched deer grazing each morning. It was also close to shopping, entertainment and easy driving distance to the airport.
Clean home, super spacious, great neighborhood, close proximity to downtown. We were in town for a wedding and it made the perfect base camp. Would recommend!
We enjoyed our stay, the home is very clean, comfortable, supplied with a lot of towels and many extras which is nice! Loved watching the deer outside every day.
Wow, Jennifer and Max have done an amazing job with the home. It’s a great place to stay and they’ve been excellent communicators throughout our stay. I would highly recommend them to all potential guests!
This house was great for our ski weekend getaway. The snow wasn't great but the house had everything to make up for it. Easy to get to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, great spaces for games and the rooms were prefect. Thanks for a great space for our ski trip.
Our group included three generations of people living in five states, and the house worked very well for us to all gather for meals/socializing. The downstairs was perfect for the age 18-23 group to be together, with the older adults (and one child) on the main floor and the loft room. The house is on a spacious lot to feel away from people but located close enough to town that everything is easily accessible, as is access to I-90. We didn't need the nearby hospital, but that would be convenient if you need one while here. Overall, a great home base for your Bozeman stay.
Perfect stay for a weekend in Bozeman with friends!
I had the pleasure of organizing a reunion weekend with some college friends in Bozeman, and we decided to stay at Max & Jeni’s place. It gave us plenty of space to stretch our legs, a great deck/grill space, and was the perfect setting to spend a fun weekend with friends. It did get a bit hot during the day but the fans and windows helped keep us relatively cool for mid July. Proximity to downtown Bozeman was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.
This location is beautiful! And it is convenient to the interstate and downtown at the same time. Large comfortable rooms, good bathrooms, large kitchen and gathering spaces and a beautiful outdoor area. Five stars just isn’t enough. PS don’t miss the heard of deer that hang out in the back.
Spacious and well-equipped home in peaceful area, close to everything!
A group of 10 of us spent the weekend in Bozeman and this home was just perfect. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in, and there was ample space for us all to both eat meals together and also spread out and chat and relax around the house. The property backs up to a serene open space where we saw deer, fox, and a variety of birds. Once we wanted to hit the town or go to a trail, it was a short drive. Our hosts were very responsive to my messages and accommodated some special requests. I would *definitely* recommend staying here. It really has all the amenities one could hope for for a group!
Perfect gathering place for our extended family in town for MSU graduation. We appreciated the two separate living spaces and many bedrooms. The house is well outfitted with everything we needed for four nights. We were even treated to an amazing view of the Aurora borealis from the upper deck! Jeni is wonderful about communication and always responded to our messages right away.
This property was a perfect location for our family (9 adults, one toddler and one 5 year old) to use as a home base for our visit to Bozeman. Everything was very clean, well appointed and inviting. We were often elsewhere enjoying all that Bozeman has to offer, but there are plenty of videos, games and space to spread out if spending time indoors. The view of the mountains off the deck is beautiful, and we watched several deer grazing in the nearby draw. The comfortable homelike feel enhanced our stay in Bozeman.
This is a beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. It is convenient to shopping. restaurants and the interstate.
The team enjoyed this spacious house and the views of the mountains, complete with mule deer in the yard.
The loft room accessed by a ladder is only recommended for the younger members of the group, but everything else was far above expectations.
Our stay at Jenni and Max's property was wonderful. They thought of so many details from makeup cloths and qtips in the bathroom, to every item you'd need to cook a proper meal in the kitchen, to many board games and movies to choose from. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was outstanding. We had a mishap with the dishwasher and Jenni was very responsive, sending Max over in the morning. All communication with Jenni was very kind and quick. We all had nothing but great things to say ababout our stay.
Great location, but poor management. Also, the temperature in the house got up to 85 degrees during the day (even when following the book’s step-by-step instructions). Make sure your entire group reads every bit of the instructions and rules, because you will be monitored on camera. One my group members did not realize they couldn't smoke outside. Because of this mistake we were threatened to be removed from the house multiple times. Even after apologizing and ensuring that it would not happen again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location of the home.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the temperature, the home does not have air conditioning, and this is clearly noted in the listing. While we provide fans and detailed instructions to help manage airflow, we have not received similar concerns from past guests. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if any issues arise — we're happy to assist in any way we can.
As for the house rules, they are outlined clearly in the listing and were acknowledged during the booking process. I also sent a reminder prior to check-in. These rules include a strict no-smoking policy anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. This is a firm policy in place for safety, cleanliness, and to respect future guests.
Unfortunately, despite a warning, smoking continued during your stay. Cigarette butts were found in the trash can and in the mulch bed outside. We take violations like this seriously, especially when guests agree to the rules and are then reminded again in writing.
Lastly, regarding cameras — we have standard doorbell cameras installed for the security of our guests and property. Their presence is disclosed in the listing. We do not monitor inside the home, and we fully respect our guests’ privacy.
We value all feedback and strive to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Following the house rules helps ensure the best possible experience for every guest.
We absolutely loved this house in Bozeman. The house had lots of room for our three families, and it was quiet with nice views. The upstairs kitchen was modern with all the appliances, pans, dishes, etc., needed to prepare meals for a large group. There is a second kitchen/dining space downstairs. And, there was abundant seating for our families. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. The grandchildren loved the well-stocked game room (with TV) downstairs, and they loved climbing the ladder to the loft bedroom.
The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. I had several questions in the weeks preceding our visit and their responses were within minutes! I highly recommend this property. Thank you Jeni and Max for providing such a lovely experience!
