Great location

We loved the location and being right on the beach. We could see the sunset over the gulf every night from our large patio The condo is roomy with a second bedroom that can accommodate 4. The pool is large and well maintained. Also the location is close to many restaurants and entertainment in walking distance.

Summer vacaation

Ocean sands is overall nice and everyone was friendly. The actual rental however needs to be updated.

We had a great beach and bay view. Location was great.Condo needs updated. Carpet needs replaced.Found mold on some items . Property management was called and picked up the items same day.

Back at Ocean Sands

This is our favourite spot on the gulf coast, an easy route from all airports. You can see for miles over the gulf from the higher floors .V Trips staff were very helpful with some maintenance issues that we had. This is a good base for most attraction on the east side of Florida

Great Beachfront Condo

This condo was perfect for our family vacation (two adults & two teens). Easy access to the beach. Pool and hot tub. The views from the balcony were AMAZING. The condo was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were super easy. And the location was very convenient. This condo would also be great for those with school aged kids who didn't mind sharing a double bed.

Relaxing at its finest

Property was as described, little outdated, but was expected from listing. View was amazing. Fridge went out and immediately got fixed. Entry lock should be replaced.

Beautiful view

The location is just steps from the sandy beach and views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful with views from 3 sides of the apartment. The building and the pool are very nice. The apartment was clean and well equipped. However, I do believe an update in furnishings is needed. Every piece of furniture and decoration is from the 80's, including the carpet. Overall we had a good time and the old style didn't bother us much. The location is wonderful. Right across the street from bars/restaurants and on the beach there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Love the location!

Ceiling leek

Overall it was very spacious and the location was great. We had a ceiling leak in the main bedroom and we contacted VRBO. Quick response the first day but then no communication for three days despite our phone calls but we contacted the building management who got the water shut off upstairs. Vrbo was no help at all. We were disappointed at their response.

Licht und Schatten – Tolle Lage mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau (2/5 Sterne)Unsere Bewertung fällt zwiespältig aus. Die Wohnung war zwar oberflächlich verhältnismäßig sauber, hat aber einen massiven Renovierungsbedarf.Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus ideal und der Pool sauber und einladend. Auch das Bettzeug und die Handtücher waren tadellos sauber und frisch.Negativ: Beim Betreten schlug uns ein alter, muffiger Geruch entgegen; ein angenehmer Raumduft fehlte. Der Küchentisch war nicht richtig abgewischt. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und wies viele Flecken auf. Im kleinen Gäste-WC war der Fußvorleger dreckig und fleckig. Zudem ist der dortige Bodenbelag stark abgenutzt – der Laufweg zeichnet sich irreversibel gelblich ab. Die Spiegel in beiden Bädern wiesen Beschädigungen auf.Die Küche ist viel zu alt: Die Türen hingen schief und schlossen nicht, die Schubladen waren krumm und beschädigt. Zwar schienen Töpfe und Pfannen neu zu sein, das restliche Besteck sowie die Kochlöffel und Pfannenwender waren jedoch stark abgenutzt und selbst durch Abwaschen nicht mehr sauber zu bekommen. Einige Gläser im Schrank waren ebenfalls unsauber, was vermutlich an den Vormietern lag, aber bei der Endreinigung hätte auffallen müssen.Fazit: Außenbereich, Lage und Textilien top – das Innere ist jedoch stark in die Jahre gekommen. Ohne eine grundlegende Renovierung können wir die Wohnung leider nicht empfehlen. Der Mietpreis war dafür zu hoch angesetzt.
