Summary:
Professional cleaning company who is following all of the CDC and Airbnb recommendations cleans this cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Brandon. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Very close to Brandon Regional Hospital, Brandon Mall and major highways. Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Amalie Arena, and Hard Rock. 25 minutes to Busch Gardens, 45 minutes to beaches and a little over an hour to Disney.

The Space:
Spacious master suite has a queen sized bed and a private master bath. Guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed, with separate guest bath, and there's also a queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room for additional guests. Plenty of room for up to 6 guests. Full kitchen serves 6 guests with pots and pans provided. Free WiFi, Netflix, and local TV!

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Close to Brandon Blvd as well, where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf and Ifly indoor skydiving!

Getting Around:
Walking is possible to a few local things, Uber/car is definitely recommended though.
