About this property

This large, updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is perfect for your getaway to Southern Utah, no matter the season. Located right on the Navajo Slopes, Pine Tree is one of the only true ski in / ski out condos in Brian Head. Enjoy skiing/snowboarding, tubing, snowmobiling, and snow shoeing in the winter months and mountain biking, hiking, and ATV riding in the spring, summer, and fall. Breathtaking views all year long.

The main floor offers a spacious dining/living area with plenty of seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped for all of your cooking needs. All appliances are stainless steel, quartz countertops, and breakfast bar seating. Have a family dinner on the beautiful dining table that was harvested from local wood and enjoy a glass of wine from the wine bar. After dinner, cuddle up on the couch next to the gas fireplace and watch a movie or walk outside and take in the amazing views of Brian Head Resort from the back deck. The main floor also has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a loft area with sofa bed couch and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV and lots of extra space. Bedroom 3 has plenty of sleeping for all the kids, with 2 separate bunk beds that will sleep 5. You will also find full laundry amenities.

Other things to note
4-wheel drive or chains are highly recommended during winter months. No pets permitted, will charge a $500 fine. Pine Tree condominiums is a smoke free complex. Be aware during peak summer season that this unit does not have AC. Brian Head does stay cool and fans are provided for every bedroom.

Nice property and Owners!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is ski in and out on the Navajo side. Which was fun because we usually only ski Giant Steps. I am not sure if it VRBO or the owners but all the service fees that get added on is somewhat deceptive. This rental was a bit different financially bc you had to purchase insurance or pay a pricey deposit. We paid for the insurance. We reserved a few days before arrival and asked for accommodations for a late check out. The owners did allow for a late check out with a fee but we were pleased with a late check out bc it allows for a full day of skiing on Sunday. We were 6 people - 2 adults and 4 teenagers. I felt we had enough space and it was comfortable! Our overall good experience and I would go back.
