Great getaway

Nice little house in great walkable neighborhood. Would return and would recommend. Was surprised there was no opportunity for early check in/check out. I had to pay for one whole additional day in order to check out 2 hours later. Nice fenced in back yard but absolutely no lights making it impossible to enjoy after dark; no railing on steps in back and front porch could use an additional railing as well. Back door is old and needs replaced. Additionally large window in back door needs blind or curtain. Nextdoor second floor neighbors had clear view into house. Shower glass doors not clean. TV in living room difficult to use.

very nice

we stayed in the cottage while visiting family and enjoyed our stay. The home was as shown and very clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for my mom's dog.

St. Matthews stay

Very convenient location. Loved the backyard and deck. Easy with my dogs with the fenced in back yard. A little hiccup with check-in but fixed easily and made a relaxing time. Thank you! Will definitely be back!!

Belated Family Christmas Celebration

We visited with an adult child and our dog. The one bathroom was large. The home is renovated with nice finishes on bathroom and kitchen. Backyard is large with privacy fence—our dog loved it! View of the church steeple from backyard lit up at night was beautiful! Bedrooms are private and great room has large sofa for tv watching. This home was the perfect place to spend a few days visiting family in Louisville.
