Backyard was laid out with lots of activities and a pool. A note of concern that the pool is not heated so it was too cold to swim in February.

Great location near beaches and family. A new experience with other units at the property. If you are looking to meet others and spend time beside the pool and have pets this is a winner. Pool is not heated and was very cold Feb 3-12 due to very cold weather prior to our arrival. 2 bed property has central heating and air cond very comfortable. Smart tv in place. Lots of outside space good lighting outside. Laundry room is wonderful w soap provided. Will come back to this one maybe in the summer when rate would be less. Fran is very responsive host and accomodating.

Was in town with my son for a baseball tournament in Jupiter. This house was perfect for us. Great location and clean. Easy to work with. The TV wasn’t working when we arrived and the host had a new one shipped and delivered the same day! Incredible! We got to watch our playoff baseball and college football. Great house and a great host.

Great lil Hideaway in Paradise

A home away from home. With Resort like Amenities just in your back yard. Convenient location to plenty of stores, restaurants and short treck to beautiful beaches. Very clean and had everything you could need Francine was a super attenative host.

Memorial weekend

The property was beautiful, especially the backyard space. We enjoyed the pool very much. The only downfall is I feel the rental was lacking some basic necessities. A broom for spills, a first aid kit and usually in rentals they provide at least one set of travel products for bathing and a minimum of one full roll of toilet paper. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Overpaid for shared property

When we booked this property we saw that it stated it was a "Home, 2 Bedrooms, sleeps 4". So we were quite surprised to arrive here and realize this was a multi unit property. Based on the VRBO posting, we had thought it would be a standalone space with a private backyard. We felt the photos of the space online were misleading and didn't reflect the value of what we spent. Especially because we didn't feel comfortable sharing the backyard space with strangers, meaning we didn't use the pool area at all. Also, the people sharing the other side were out there with many guests until 1-2am. Additionally, the inside of the property had a stale cigarette smell, and the rugs are covered in stains making the home feel dirty. The only mirror is inside the bathroom which is challenging with 3-4 people staying here. There were also a small amount of shower towels and kitchen supplies. There were no beach towels etc. which would be nice for people who flew in. We also could have used a broom and dust pan or vacuum handy for sand/dirt. Ultimately, we felt like the post of the property was misleading to us as consumers, and that we overpaid for our stay here.

We didn’t use the pool because of windy weather. Overall, this worth every dollar. The rooms were clean, and everything was clean and comfortable.
