Dear Sharilynn, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent rental experience. We appreciate hearing from our renters and take feedback seriously. After carefully reviewing your review and comparing it to the communication prior to and during your stay, we would like to address some misunderstandings. We were disappointed to read your claim that we did not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products, as this is untrue. Each bathroom is equipped with multiple rolls of toilet paper, as well as paper towel rolls in the kitchen. Additionally, we provide dish towels and under-sink supplies such as Dawn soap, etc. for convenience. Regarding the bed you mentioned, it is indeed a mattress, and we have multiple beds throughout the cabin with varying levels of firmness. We greatly value the commitment and thoroughness of our cleaning team, and have shared your feedback with them; including the issue of fingerprints on the sliders. Garbage & recycling bins are allocated by the county with convenient weekly pick-ups. The cleaners informed us that there was one bag of garbage from the previous renters in the bin at your arrival, so there should have been plenty of space during the stay. Ensuring transparency and providing upfront rental information is a top priority for us. We uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity. We are saddened to hear about your granddaughter's foot injury. However, this is the first report we received regarding excessive glass on the beach. We are committed to maintaining a debris-free environment at the lake with the understanding that many people utilize the lake. We will do a thorough inspection of our beach area to ensure that renters can continue to enjoy it to the fullest. We want to emphasize that we went above and beyond in addressing all your inquiries prior to and during your stay at the cabin.
