Welcome to The Getty House! Conveniently located just steps from the heart of The Gettysburgs square where you`ll enjoy unforgettable dining and shopping options.

This home combines modern decor with a mix of historical touches throughout the home. Bring the whole family, there`s room for 7 people!

Enjoy all that Gettysburg has to offer! After a day of enjoying the beautiful Battlefields, you`ll enjoy a relaxing evening on the deck around the fire pit.

We can`t wait to host your next visit!

The space
Enter the home from the street or from a private rear access. The main entry way features a beautiful 1900`s stair case with historic decor displayed on the walls.

Living Room.
The spacious living room offers a relaxing space to recline on the leather couch while enjoying a movie or TV show. The big historic windows gleans the light and greenery from the outside, giving a relaxing atmosphere of nature and history.

Bedrooms
The upstairs Master Room boasts a view of Gettysburg`s historic district. Your king size memory foam mattress is sure to give you a welcoming night sleep. The bunk room offers a custom made bunk room and bean bags to deliver comfort and a home-like touch. The bunk room and Queen room both have balcony deck access. You`ll enjoy an early morning breathe of fresh air as you walk out onto your deck.

Dining Room
The Dining room offers a custom handmade dining room made of chopping block. The decor on the walls display some authentic historical pieces of General Sickles, Abraham Lincoln and an art display of Lincolns Gettysburg Address.

Outdoor Deck
The dual-level deck offers a private entrance from the area and a private access from the Queen and bunk rooms. Your deck also offers a nice patio seating area with a gas fire pit.

Guest access
All guests will have keyless access to the front and rear door of the house.

Front and Backdoor have keyless door entrances.

Although we won`t be there to greet you, you will be well equipped to get in and out of the property. You can easily access any of our hosts to answer any questions or problems you may encounter.

The Getty House was in a perfect location, walking distance to many sites, great restaurants and shops. The house is comfortable and clean. We'd definitely consider it again should we find ourselves in town again.

This property was an excellent location right in the heart of Gettysburg and all of its shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comforting. A great place to stay while visiting Gettysburg with the family!

My wife, daughter and I stayed two nights leading up to freshman drop off at the college. This location was perfect. Easily walkable to campus and the square. Off street parking was perfect. The deck and backyard were great to have available. We would 100% stay here again.

Great place to hang out with our first timers in Gettysburg! The boys especially liked the bath tub and back staircase! We liked the firepit. The location was ideal to walk many places. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Great location and beautiful historic home.

Great stay in Gettysburg

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Getty House. The location was great, we were able to walk to most places and were just a short drive from the battlefield. The house was clean, we appreciated having coffee available. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Would definitely rexlmmenr for families and would definitely stay here again.
