Located in the exclusive community of City by the Sea sits Coastal Paradise, a charming vacation rental in Rockport, Texas. This bright and spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, canal-front home features a private pool and lighted dock. Spend time fishing, swimming, sunning or just enjoying the amazing views!

You'll find yourself in vacation mode as soon as you step inside Coastal Paradise. The pristinely kept open floor plan is decorated with coastal décor and boasts every modern convenience for you and your loved ones. The kitchen is spacious and includes upgraded appliances and double ovens to cook for a crowd. The kitchen island is large and has seating for three guests. The dining room is located nearby and seats eight guests. Each bedroom has its own Air conditioning unit so you can control individual room temperatures.

Spend time in the living room with its cozy seating and flat-screen TV, perfect for a night of watching movies. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed and can accommodate up to two guests. From here, step out onto the spacious balcony with a cool drink in your hand as you watch the sunset paint the Texas sky.

The covered patio of Coastal Paradise is spacious and perfect for lounging while you watch the kids splash in the pool! With plenty of seating, an outdoor bar and icemaker, you’ll be sure to spend plenty of time out here. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a family picnic!

After a long day of exploring Rockport-Fulton, you’ll want a comfortable bedroom to come home to. Coastal Paradise has you covered! Each bedroom comes with plush beds and en-suite bathrooms, perfect for each guest’s comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed with a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms both boast queen-size beds with a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathrooms each have a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with a full-size bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower-tub combo.

Great family weekend

It was a very relaxing and beautiful home! A few things we tried to notify the rental place about but did not get a response but it wasn’t anything we needed fixed. The kids loved everything the house had to offer, would definitely come back!

Comfortable stay with plenty of rooms for a family. Nice kitchen with cooking essentials. The boat dock is spacious and well equipped for your boat. The ice machine downstairs was super handy for filling up the coolers. Our kids enjoyed the private pool and we all enjoyed the location on the canal with easy access to the bay.

Super nice. Down at the dock, needs to have where the lights stay on with a switch, so you can see more of what your doing when you are fishing. Over all stay was great. PS the yard needs to be edged & mowed 😊

Great Vacation Spot

The house was amazing! The floorplan was perfect. Four bedrooms 4 1/2 bath was great for a group of gals all staying together. The AC was perfect keeping the house nice and cool and 100+ degrees temperatures. All of the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels in the main house. There was a breeze coming off the canal and every outside seating area. It was great!

The place was perfect for our family. I have a brother who is in a wheelchair and it accommodated his handicap also. The end of the ramp was to steep for him to go down to the pier but other than that perfect. House is beautiful. I would rent this property again

Great outdoor space

This house has almost everything a group needs. Great outdoor space with kitchen, fridge, ice maker, TV & pool is deep. Great kitchen to cook for a crowd. All beds were hard with no kings available. The pool has zero shade, it is 100 degrees but mid afternoon in June.

This is a great house for a group. Did have some issues but management was quick to help. Gas grill is completely rusted out, but they brought us a stand alone grill. Ice maker is not working at this time. The location is good for fishing. The pool is a great addition but no shade around it at all. We hooked up a tarp over pool on deep end and it provided us the shade we needed. I would probably never stay here again only due to the neighbor which is a hoarder. The house next door is a disaster and is really bad for this nice neighborhood. Overall it just needs some maintenance and deep cleaning attention to the house.
