I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Thank You so much ! So glad the place worked so well for you and your family. Great guests welcome back anytime !
This home was very spacious and comfortable. Our family had a great time staying here. It wasn’t too far from the beach but we also had the pool to enjoy. The check in process was not difficult at all and we had no issues our entire stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Thanks so much ! Glad you enjoyed the house and pool ! Great guests and welcome or recommended anytime !!
Upon arrival I received a message saying there was a problem with the property. There was a leak in the downstairs unit and it couldn't be utilized. Communication with my host was great. She put me in contact with the property manager who I spoke with several times. We made our living arrangements manageable during our stay and they did credit us a fair amount of money back for the inconvenience. I did let them know the pool was dirty, bbq pit was left filthy as well as the Blackstones grease trap looked like it had never been cleaned and that there was a dead fish left under it. Despite those issues the inside was pretty clean beds were comfy and they had everything we needed for cooking. The view in the morning was great!!
The outside area was very spacious and is were we spent most of our time. The hot tube was a surprise and a hit with the family. The inside was nice, but there was dog hair on the couch and we have allergies. But after we wiped it down we were ok. We had a great time.

The keypad didn’t work. We called and were told "it's tricky" and instead we should use a key that was in a lockbox. We could only lock/unlock the door with the key since keypad never worked. The only way to get to the lower level was by using an outside staircase. Trying to carry luggage and groceries for 6 seniors required making numerous trips up and down stairs instead of utilizing the elevator which we were told NOT TO USE. There's a 2 car garage but only one door worked. The other door opener had a dangling bracket making it unusable. The lower level unit smelled bad so we used a room spray to make it acceptable. In addition, the lower unit had several roaches running around and we found two in the upstairs unit. The twin bedroom bath was missing a toilet paper holder and the towel rack fell off the wall when we tried to hang a towel. We left it sitting on the toilet bowl. The backdoor to the stairs could not be opened from the inside. We tried going outside and couldn’t get out of the house. Luckily one person was at the pool and heard us knocking on the window and came up to open the door from the outside. This happened several times and it's a fire hazard. In addition, the lower level sliding door would not lock ( security issue). The BBQ grille and the Blackstone had no propane and could not be used. We had a good time; however; the problems could have been rectified before we arrived since these issues are not new.

Let me first say that Nada with the Evolve team is amazing! However, from the get-go my communication with the local host, Christina left a lot to be desired. I had to change dates. She instructed me to go in and change it myself, luckily I reached out to Nada who advised me not to do that; Nada handled the issue. On Saturday evening my elderly in laws locked us out of the house and the keys in the key box did not work. We reached out to Christina, who was not a happy camper; her tone, her attitude. She said there would be no way she could find a locksmith at 10 o’clock at night and said she was reaching out to the owner and hung up. No goodbye, no I’ll call you back, no I’m sorry the wrong keys are in the key box. Nothing. Just hung up. She sent me a text about 30 minutes later saying per owner we could all sleep downstairs until she was able to get a locksmith. Mind you, we were there for graduation on Saturday and were in the middle of baking desserts and making decorations for the party on Saturday. I explained all that to her in a text and explained that our dog was still in the main house. I never heard back from her until the following morning at 8:30. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they need a new on-site person. Sidenote, the first locksmith we called was available but was going to charge 250. I didn’t feel I should have to pay for their mistake; the keys in the key box should have worked! I’ll never rent another house that Christina is in charge of
Our stay was great. The place was very nice and clean. We all enjoyed it very much. The back view was nice we spent most of our time outside and the kids in the pool. We enjoyed it for sure.
