This is a standalone house in a very quiet neighborhood in southwest Reno. The backyard is fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends. Private parking for up to three vehicles. Across the street you'll find a small park ideal for pets or kids. Only four miles or 11 minutes from the airport and three miles for six minutes from Interstate 80 access at West McCarran Blvd. If you're in the area for skiing you are 35 minutes away from Mount Rose, 50 minutes from Squaw Valley, and 65 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. If you're in Reno just relax or visit family the fenced backyard is ideal for your pets orchids and comes equipped with a gas BBQ. I think you'll find this house the ideal location for a quiet getaway but yet close enough to all that Reno and the Truckee meadows has to offer.

Lovely, quiet, and safe location in old southwest reno close to great walking paths and a small park adjacent to the house. I have been able to check in early and Bart is very easy to communicate with. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house with arched hallways. It is a great dog friendly spot. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

Not to far from downtown. Quiet street. Great cozy family and pet friendly home will definitely recommend and stay again. Host was quick to respond and had all needed amenities.

Bart was very good at communicating. The house was ready before published check in time, but we hadn’t arrived yet. The kitchen is sufficient for all needs. There is no dishwasher, but that didn’t bother us. The yard is perfect for dogs, completely fenced in back. The little park across the street is great and the location is close to many other parks. There is a full size washer and dryer in the garage.

Comfortable beds, well stocked for all the random things that one might need. Plenty of room for little ones to run around and fenced yard if you have a pet. Access was easy and was able to communicate with the owner and get quick responses. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway and introduction to Reno

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

We stayed here because rentals in Tahoe were expensive and we really enjoyed our stay here, it was easy access to restraunts and freeways. Home owner was a great communicator. Home was very cozy and in a great area😎 we can't wait to come back next year!

This place was comfortable for my 2 kids and family. It was clean and spacious enough for us to rest our heads for Hot August Nights. The hideabed is broken. My sons just slept on the coaches. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great house!

The check in process was great, friendly communication with owner. House was clean and tidy for us. Perfect small, fenced-in backyard for the dog. Would remember for when we come back through Reno! Quiet neighborhood too!

very clean and private. There was a slow water drain in shower. The floors seemed to make noise and crack while foot traffic was on them. It was comfortable and peaceful there. The electric outage did not help with the storms coming through.
