Great stay. Great location. Great atmosphere.

Very clean home with all amenities needed for a stay. Home was centrally located and close to everything you could want, located on a quite clean street in a great neighborhood. Really cool coffee shops within a mile and only a short drive to UNR campus. Took my kid on a tour there. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I frequent Reno often and will definitely be booking this place again.

This property is a perfect location for midtown/downtown Reno activities and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. Owner/owner representatives are very responsive to questions and situations.

Cozy house with many amenities!!

Our experience at the rental was wonderful! The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our two small dogs! Very peaceful setting! The cozy cottage style house is great, stocked with everything that you need for your stay! The bed was super comfortable! Convenient location too! We would definitely stay there again!!

we really enjoyed our stay in Reno and at this VRBO it was clean it was stocked with everything we needed from Games to dishware to laundry AND BATHROOM amenities, towels for the hot tub, the patio was fantastic. Everything was just amazing. We really had a great time and they even went as far as to order a new cornhole game realizing that they didn't have it there, and it was published in their VRBO. They just went above and beyond and we really appreciated that. We just enjoyed the ambience and theme tHIS VRBO offered. It was a wonderful and we will be back again :)

Perfect!

We had a writers' retreat at this awesome house in Reno. Cute, quiet residential neighborhood with a coffee shop and pizza place within a five minute walk. The house was in immaculate condition and the outdoor space was incredible with a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor dining and comfortable seating area. We were immersed in the creative zone so did not leave the house to see anything Reno had to offer. Next time we will leave this little oasis to see more! Owners/management were great, too--we needed a plumbing issue handled and it was done professionally and quickly. I'm making up reasons to come back and stay here!

Amazing!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I rented this VRBO for my bridal party and I to stay in before my wedding. We had a great time and the house was absolutely lovely. The hosts have provided tons of little amenities and the decor was pleasant and cozy.

This was the perfect place to stay in Reno. The location was great for our needs. As to the house, it was perfect: immaculate, comfortable, well supplied and so adorably decorated. The check-in was easy. I had a few questions and the manager was quick in her response. The spotless kitchen had everything I needed. The beds provided gave us a very comfortable sleep. I definitely would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Reno.

Fantastic house

We needed a place to stay while our floors were being installed in our home . This house worked great. Looks like a gate will soon be installed to enclose yard for pets . The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the basics and more .

My top 3 things I look for are location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds and this cottage did not disappoint! Thoughtful details throughout. I am booking my next trip for this summer so I can enjoy the nice yard with patio, fire pit, and pretty string lights.

Perfect Location

We loved the decorative touches. The binder with information about local places to visit and that are with walking distance was great! They shared a full coffee bar in the tidy kitchen with beautiful counter tops. Beds were very comfortable and each had a choice of a firm or soft pillow. The hot tub on the back deck was a super relaxing after our tour at nearby UNR. (10 minute drive!!)Close to UNR and Sparks.

Incredible every detail covered

We so enjoyed our stay. It was really smoky in Reno so we could not go outside. We felt lucky to have such a nice home with plenty of space to stay entertained. This house had all the extras and every detail Covered.
