We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I especially appreciated the well stocked property. From quality cookwear to q tips in the bathrooms and great pillows on the beds.
We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend for a concert at The Gorge. The property was spacious and clean with incredible views. Rachel was very responsive to all our questions and messages. Highly recommend!

Thank you Michelle, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. You and your guest are welcome back anytime.
The property exceeded my expectations! Very clean with an easy check in process. We caught a shuttle to the Gorge for a concert 🎶 and enjoyed our weekend relaxing. Comfortable and quiet!
Six of us stayed at The Bright Side for three nights for a concert at The Gorge. The townhome was extremely clean (and I'm a freak about that), and amazingly well stocked. Little extras like trash bags, a roll of paper towel, some spices, etc were helpful and kept us from having to run to the store for things we forgot to bring. The neighborhood was quiet. Something to note: The bunkbed room (not bunked anymore which was great for sixty year old women) has no windows and is on the lower level with the primary. To use a bathroom, people staying in that room have to either walk upstairs or they have to walk through the primary suite. Not a huge deal, but just a head's up. Would definitely stay here again.
The Brightside was the perfect place for our family 4th of July vacay! There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a 3rd vehicle so we went to the HOA and they gave us a 3rd parking tag for the overflow parking which worked great. We felt at “home”! We were able to enjoy our boat on the River and fireworks too! Thanks againKate
We had a great stay at Crescent Bar, in The Brightside condo. Rachael was very communicative as I had lots of questions about parking, getting to the Gorge for a concert, and requesting early check in! She was super responsive and had great advice for taking the shuttle bus (which picks up in the community!) My group of 6 was very comfortable, great AC, plenty of space and lots of amenities. We definitely used the pool! We enjoyed nightly sunsets from the deck. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would love to make this an annual trip! —Jennifer from Seattle
Beautiful condo. Great view. Family of 6 with 4 large adult boys no problem. Close to swimming areas. Low river level this time of year made for rocky or slimmy swimming. Extra parking permit from HOA office no problem. Nice little community. Would like to return at cooler time of year.
A group of 5 rented for Labor Day weekend and attended Dave Matthews Band concerts at the Gorge. About a 30min drive to Gorge.
Property was very clean. Plenty of room to hang out. Nice balcony for drinking coffee in the morning. Two restaurants within walking distance. Pool area was very nice.
Communication with Rachael was easy and she provided us with everything we needed.

Nice view
Condo was nice for the most part, they were painting so there were screws and dust all over the patio, hard to get ahold of property owner, had to wait for someone to let us in the gate and did not respond to text relating to noise issues.
My friends and I had an incredible weekend at a condo that offered everything we could have hoped for and more. The pools were refreshing, the golf course was fantastic, and the serene river added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The icing on the cake was the stunning condo unit itself. With its modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views, it provided the perfect retreat after our day's adventures. And let's not forget the jaw-dropping 4th of July fireworks display that left us in awe. It was an unforgettable getaway that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
