Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
• All trash must be bagged and taken out. Do not drop loose trash in the outside bin, they bring flies. • All dishes must be washed by hand or loaded into the dishwasher and started.
All white towels must be placed in the washer, bleach added, and the cycle started. There is bleach and laundry detergent in the cabinet . Please reconnect the pool robot vacuum prior to checkout
Don't leave excessive mess or you will be charged extra cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I will Forsure book here again our stay was awesome clean property, clean pool loved the outside area. Kids enjoyed the pool and after had a snack on the back porch and was able to watch tv outside. Highly recommend this spot!!!

We only got to stay one night at this beautiful property but it was well worth it. The property manager was very helpful they messaged us the day before and the day of to make sure our check-in was as smooth as possible

Guadalupe Peak

Me, my wife, and my son stayed at this property to hike Guadalupe Peak during my son’s spring break. This property was in a safe neighborhood, very clean, and had all the essentials of a traveling family! This property was very clean ,well equipped with labels showing where things were, the giant TV’s were jaw dropping ! The home was located in a great neighborhood , the pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day of travel. Having the garage available was also a great perk. Our host was very thorough with instructions on how things work. We would love to stay here again if ever in the El Paso area!

Wife’s brother wedding

Wife and I came early to enjoy pool and relax, daughter came and sister in law. We all enjoyed the pool, we were comfortable in the beds and furnishings. Absolutely relaxing. I don’t know how long.
