Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the noise from other guests, the musty odor in the unit, and the smoke smell nearby affected your comfort during your stay. We also understand your concerns regarding the condition of the hot tub area and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We recognize that the building’s exterior and lack of a traditional lobby may have differed from what you expected, and we appreciate your feedback regarding these details. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the ocean views from your balcony, and we value your honest comments as they help us better understand our guests’ experiences. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable visit in the future.
