Nice quiet subdivision with 3 small ponds.
HOA brings a relaxed southern chic charm to the area.
This comfy space includes flatscreen smart tvs with streaming access and WiFi.
Enjoy the full back patio with nice back yard.
There is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before heading out.

No Pets- Sorry this is not a pet friendly rental due to the fact that I am allergic to animals (pet dander). Service animals Only (with proper documentation plus a deep cleaning fee).

Absolutely No indoor smoking with the exception of vaping.
The back patio with the door closed is designated for smoking

The host was so sweet, made it so we could check in early. The house was beautiful. Open floor plan was great. It smelled so good. My next trip will be staying in this home again.
