While we did appreciate the window air-conditioning unit downstairs all three bedrooms upstairs got very hot at night, but there was a fan in each bedroom so that did help alittle!!

Not everything listed to be there was there. There was no outdoor grill, beach chairs or microwave. Also we had a fireman with us who noticed that there were no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors anywhere in the home.
