Wonderful property!!

We had an amazing time during our 10 day stay in Marco! The house was perfect for us and our adult children. It was clean, easy check-in/check-out, and lots of extra amenities at the house to enjoy, including bicycling and kayaking! We immediately looked to see if we could rent again next year. I would highly recommend this property!

A few things need attention,!

No instructions to thermostat could not get heat on. Grill needs to be cleaned. No instructions to operate TV. Coffee pot would not keep coffee hot. Over all the stay was Good

Nice recently renovated house

Nice renovated home in an upscale neighborhood. Many amenities that we didn’t use but that others will like. Two new bicycles, two nice kayaks (we brought our own bike and boat). High end coffee making equipment (we don’t drink coffee). Extra fridge in garage, nice washer and dryer, dishwasher, big smart TVs with some service. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens. Great fancy showers in both baths. Great A/C with easy to use thermostat. Nice screened lanai that could use a pool. On the few days A/C wasn’t needed, sliders open to lanai for a great indoor/outdoor experience. We never had more than one or two guests (mostly just the two of us) so not a problem for us, but only dining table was for four people max. We ate out almost all the time, but if you are planning to cook, you might want to inquire about whether the equipment (gadgets) you want are available or bring your own. We highly recommend.

Two Month Stay

Property was excellent, very comfortable. With our extended stay we cooked in a lot and would have preferred a little larger variety of cookware and utensils.
