This is one of Northports historic homes, built in 1920 ! Steps away from the marina, park, grocery, local pubs and dining. This home is bright, colorful, well furnished and stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. This townhouse shares a front and back yard with the owners who offer sailing voyages out of the marina as well as sailing lessons for those interested in learning !

I have been managing my fathers property for a decade and more recently my duplex on 6th st. We both have a love for sharing the comfort of our properties and welcoming families into our homes.
