My wife and I decided to visit Aruba for the first time, but we immediately knew we didn't want to stay in the busy, commercial tourist area. The Koeri Boeri Lodges were perfect for us. It was in a great location, literally 20 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. We could stay there all day and have floating chair races across the pool. The layout of the outdoor area was Instagram-photo-ready, with so many great places to sit and relax. I cannot rave enough about the outdoor kitchen. It made dining so much fun. Every meal felt special and romantic. The living quarters fit our minimalist style to a tee: simple, clean, and a comfortable bed. It was just what you would want for a vacation stay. Our stay was amazing. Sophie was the most wonderful hostess. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. She even helped us book a snorkeling excursion on a catamaran that was so much fun. The other guests at the lodge were very friendly and welcoming. We are already talking about plans to return next year.

Hidden gem

We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and the host was friendly! The pool is amazing. Easy to get to everywhere on the island. It’s off the usual path for private stays, but much better than what we’ve seen on most of the island.

I loved this place! It is exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for me....away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area and not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. So peaceful, nice and clean and we loved having the outdoor kitchen so we can make our own meals a lot of the time. I had to leave a day early due to the ice storms that were coming in TN and I almost cried because I hated to leave so bad. The owner is wonderful...very friendly and helpful. I will be back!

A wonderful quiet warm welcoming atmosphere. We felt very comfortable in our cottage and in the nei

We would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion we have is to have the cottages numbered on the outside. Everything was well laid out and our host was very warm and helpful.

Fantastic Stay in Aruba at Aruba Lodges

The property was outstanding. From the pool, to the gardens, the kitchen and the Lodge itself we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and inviting. Given the nature of the lodges we were able to meet other visitors enhancing our stay. Our host, Haiko was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the entire island as well as local hiking/nature trails. We will be staying there again.

Perfect getaway

It is a beautiful, comfortable cabin in a tropical oasis. It had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. Great mattress, great TV, great shower, great personal outdoor kitchen and awesome community pool. The five cabin complex is extremely well cared for by the owner who is very available without being intrusive. It's a perfect 5 star property.

Just what we needed

Not long after arriving, we extended our stay. Realizing that 5 nights would not be long enough, and we were right. It was more than we could ask for. Peaceful, beautiful and very comfortable. A little paradise for sure. Our host and cleaning staff were wonderful as well. No detail too small to be overlooked. We are so grateful for our week here and are already looking forward to our return!

Perfect getaway

We loved being able to escape the crowded beaches at night and return home to our peaceful little place. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. Haiko the owner really takes pride in his property! Very approachable for questions and information! A car is a must! We picked ours up at the airport and it was really easy and fast to return. Catch a sunset at the Marina Pirata restaurant. Be sure to call a few days before you want to go to get a reservation. Lots of good seafood. No frills just comfortable, clean relaxing.

Will definitely be back!

Our stay in Pandera at Haiko’s place was great. We arrived the first day after dark, and his check-in instructions were spot on. First thing the next morning, we coincidentally met him while he was cleaning the pool. He was approachable, caring, and sincere. Throughout the course of our stay (7 days), we routinely saw Haiko throughout the property either maintaining the pool, helping his hired staff clean rooms, or simply checking up on his guests. He was quick to give local recommendations for bakeries, restaurants, and snorkeling spots. Throughout the stay we had numerous questions (simple things like if there was an extra citronella candle because ours ran out, or clarifying a house rule regarding pool opening times). Each time we messaged him, he answered within five minutes. Most impressive to us was the quality of the rooms. Having been caught booking a “nice-looking” rental before, only to be bait and switched, we were admittedly weary. But, that’s not the case here. It’s not overly complicated, but the fixtures, pots & pans, furniture, and the like are quality pieces that will make you most comfortable. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, relaxing stay where you may meet one or two other couples sharing your vibe, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a party, or to stay up all night and be rowdy, then please, look elsewhere!

About the host

Hosted by Haiko

Host profile image
Since 2019, Haiko has been the proud owner of Koeriboeri Aruba Lodges. In 2026, he decided to take a step back to focus on new projects and entrusted Sophie with carrying forward the spirit of Koeriboeri.

Originally from France, Sophie has called Aruba home for more than 20 years. Passionate about hospitality and authentic island experiences, she knows the island inside out and loves helping guests discover its hidden gems. With her strong network of local connections, she is always happy to share personal recommendations and help organise activities.

With Sophie at the helm, Koeriboeri continues to build on its authentic character, welcoming guests with the same warmth, personal attention, and love for Aruba that have always been at the heart of the lodges.

Why they chose this property

The area is extremely safe, calm and charming. Close to Aruba’s famous beaches, yet quiet and private. Perfect for nature lovers and relaxation.

What makes this property unique

Koeriboeri Aruba Lodges is nestled near Aruba’s north-east coast, a unique and rugged part of the island where nature takes centre stage. Here, you’ll find dramatic landscapes, giant cacti, and fascinating rock formations — a world away from the busier beach areas.

The famous Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are just a 15-minute drive away, while highlights such as the Natural Bridge, Ayo & Casibari Rock Formations, Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, and Arikok National Park are all within easy reach.

This is a true paradise for nature lovers and those who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and exploring. For a little more adventure, rent a 4x4 and head off-road to discover Aruba’s Natural Pool.
