Wow! This newly remodeled beach studio/condo has an incredible/breathtaking Lake Worth intercoastal balcony view. The amenities include an on-site beautiful-heated pool, full gym, club house, paddleboard/kayak storage/launch area, golf/tennis and private beach access, and parking close to building entrance. The property is located within walking distance to amazing five-star waterfront restaurants and beach shopping. The condo is equipped with a full-size Murphy bed, full kitchen, bathroom w/ large tub, large walk-in closet and dining area w/ sitting for up to six people. The kitchen is fully stocked with large stove and refrigerator. Perfect for two people. Be aware that the building does require a successful background check prior to moving in, applicable to all residents.

We also have a large 3-bedroom / 2 1/2 bath house, w/ a large yard and pool, and large apartment, located next to the house that's convenient for two people. This property can also be converted into a 4-bedroom home with 3 1/2 bathrooms. We are the former owners of the Palmway House, which was a very successful and loved property in the heart of downtown Lake Worth Beach. Karina comes from a very successful career in the high-end hotel and mall industry Jose is a very successful civil/structural/environmental business owner and engineer with a law degree. We both look forward to meeting you and sharing paradise.

This beautiful property is located in the middle of the Town of Palm Beach, with all the amenities for a very affordable price. A three-month stay is the minimum allowed by the condo building.
