About this property

An amazing private villa with an magnificent view over the Caribbean Sea

Villa Terrace 2 is located in the beautiful area of Sabadeco Terrace! It is built on a hill and provides you with an amazing view over the Caribbean Sea, Klein Bonaire and Bonaire itself.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi
The white color and balcony at the front of the house gives it a classic look. In front of the house you will see a chic staircase which brings you to the ground floor. Here you have a sundeck with a beautiful swimming pool outside. Inside you will walk into the open kitchen floor plan and living room. The kitchen is made of concrete and wood which creates a warm and cosy feeling. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated and from here you will walk onto the large porch with a large couch. Here you can also find a relaxing jacuzzi with gazebo.

The bedrooms
On the ground floor you find three enormous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are connected to the sundeck of the pool at the front side of the house. The other bedroom is located at the rear of the house.

Upstairs you find another concrete kitchen and commodious living room. The living room leads to the spacious balcony which provides you with an incredible view. Here you can also find the fourth bedroom and an office space.

Incredible home! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the back patio, through the family room, and out to the pool is incredible! This is our 3rd time renting this home. Looking forward to the next time!

Beautiful property

Beautiful home, lovely location. Everything about this home is spectacular! We enjoyed our time with family and friends. The kitchen was absolutely amazing for cooking and entertaining. The bedrooms are laid out perfectly for multiple couples.

Bonaire dive trip

The house was perfect for us! The neighborhood is very nice, close to many of the dive sites and a short drive to town. Most of the rooms in the house boast an incredible ocean view. I am looking forward to another stay at the same home!

Family dive and snorkeling vacation

Great villa in a convenient location. Comfortable bedrooms each with bathroom, real king size beds. We loved the multiple seating spaces where we could spread out. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Pool deck had multiple seating choices , and the view was amazing. Loved having a dedicated dive wash and hanging space.

Great house

Everything with this house was impeccable. We felt very welcomed by the house manager. With the large windows and doors on each side, the wind travels across the house. The size of the house could accommodate 10 persons. We were six so we had several spaces to hang around in the house.

Perfect home, perfect host.

Terrace 2 is an excellent property all around. It is spacious, welcoming, and well appointed. The pool is delightful with plenty of lounge chairs to use. The many doors can be opened for a well needed breeze throughout the home. Equally excellent was our property manager. She was very responsive and friendly. We experienced a delay in our flight out and she went above and beyond accommodating us. Five stars for the property and the host all around. We would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful house with great host service

This is our second time staying in Bonaire and we went with my extended family so wanted a house to spread out in. The property was gorgeous and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the outdoor eating space for dinner and the dive locker made it so easy to rinse and store gear. It would be great if screens were added to the doors to help with the bugs a bit since the main part of the house is dependent on keeping the doors open for breeze. Our only issue was with the neighbors complaining we were noisy. We had a fairly subdued vacation but kids playing in the pool was an issue for them. Our host Shannen handled it brilliantly and was a pleasure to work with.

Prachtig huis met goede voorzieningen!

Wat een fantastisch huis, de big green egg waar werkelijk waar iedere accessoire van aanwezig is, alle kitchen aid keuken apparatuur, grote keuken, prachtige slaap- en badkamers. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi in de achtertuin is alleen een koud plons badje, wat ook lekker is ;) Over dit huis hoef je niet te twijfelen, deze moet je gewoon boeken!
