The river, the mountains, all the views.... your own retreat in paradise right here on the Poudre River! Whether you're an avid fly-fisherman, hiking enthusiast, or a relaxation specialist, you'll settle right into your element here at our "Poudre Riviera"

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is beautifully appointed with a stylish, mountain-modern influence. Comfortable beds & linens will nestle you in each evening while listening to the sounds of the river. Fully stocked kitchen & beautiful outdoor spaces await you!

3 miles up the road is the historic Mishawaka Restaurant & Amphitheater, stop in for a beer or lunch on the riverfront, outdoor deck. This venue hosts over 100+ concerts through the season, acts from Bruce Hornsby to Leftover Salmon have played here! For all adventure seekers, the Poudre River is prime for whitewater rafting May through August. We have 3 local companies that offer guided boat trips, 1/2 day to full day adventures are available. Be sure to bring your fishing gear, just step into the river and enjoy pristine trout fishing! If you're looking to learn how to fly-fish, we can set you up with a local guide that knows the water. Here to hike? Greyrock, Young's Gulch & Hewlett Gulch (walking distance) trailheads are within 3 miles of our home. Keep heading west on Highway 14 and an abundance of trails & beautiful hikes can make for an unforgettable day trip!

The property was absolutely lovely with easy access to the river. The hot tub was extremely enjoyable and had easy instructions to understand. The kitchen was extremely well organized. We had a holiday dinner here and it was very easy and enjoyable to cook in the space and then put things away afterwards. My entire family enjoyed the space we slept while we enjoyed the amenities and the communication was excellent.

The most spectacular property I have ever experienced. The weather didn’t cooperated so couldn’t utilize it fully. But the home is so well arranged and the amenities exceeded all of our expectations. Just super!

Amazing home, in an amazing location.

Wonderful home, right on the river. The home itself is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The 3 outdoor spaces are truly amazing, and right on the river. There is plenty of seating, and shade options. The additional fenced in grass yard is fantastic for dogs. This was an incredible place to vacation!

Christmas Magic on the Poudre River

This property is in an ideal location up the Poudre River canyon that offers unbeatable views of the river. Its proximity to outdoor parks and Fort Collins was perfect. The home was very well organized and clean with lots of amenities. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away and connect with the outdoors.

Five stars on everything!! The owners were very responsive to everything! When sitting outside you HAVE to LOVE the sound of a running river. The areas to enjoy were super comfortable whether it was the lower patio or the upper deck. Plenty of shade when it was hot out. I cook a lot - the kitchen was FULLY loaded with everything you will need to make meals. Hopefully those that go the mountains actually go out into nature to enjoy it all. Hiking, biking, fishing and tubing. Count on almost daily for some clouds /rain to roll in and out. Never affected our adventures! Beds were comfortable in the rooms - got a little warm when it was 99 degrees outside lol , bathrooms were beautiful and very clean. We are going back sooner than later!!
