Very pet friendly! Great back yard for them as well as a nice grill area! Close to college, restaurants, etc. we had an awesome time and Patric was super responsive to our questions!
This house is perfect, conveniently located, and has a fabulous yard. I loved everything about our stay, particularly breakfast under the tall trees. The host was great at communicating. The house was nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and was spacious. We hope to be back!
Had a nice 2 day stay. Was traveling and had to stay due to car repairs. We had a last minute reservation and Patrick was quick to respond to our request. I very much appreciated that. Loved the back yard for our dogs to explore.
Great location & excellent place for family gathering
The house worked great for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. It was convenient to everything, quiet and nice neighborhood, clean and spacious. The private backyard is a nice bonus. Also close to bike trail system.
Property was easy to access, very clean and the listing photos were an accurate reflection of the home. Great kitchen for a group and to serve several meals. Wish we had stayed longer to use the outdoor area and grill. Well stocked bathrooms. The owner was responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property.
Myself and three of my colleagues stayed here for our summer masters course at CSU and it was perfect. 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and plenty of space for us to spread out and study. Patrick was great with communication and the location is close to campus!
This house was well located and great for a group. We were all in FC for a much larger family reunion. The spacious living room/kitchen gave us a nice place to gather before heading out each day, or before retiring each night.
Patrick is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is exceptionally clean and homey, with excellent living spaces. The bathrooms and bedrooms are well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. Access to the house is easy and straightforward. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room between them - especially between the main bedroom (with its own bath) and the other bedrooms - so the house doesn't feel crowded. The location/neighborhood is ideal. CSU is only minutes away by car and easy walking distance. Although the house is located on a busy corner and across from a school, we had no issues with noise or traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby and, like CSU, only a few minutes away by car. For those who run, access to an excellent biking/running trail is only a couple of blocks away. We definitely recommend this house and Patrick as host. We definitely would stay here again on future visits to Fort Collins.
This property was perfect for our college drop off stay. It is close to the school but away from the ciaos of move in.
The only suggestions I would have is to put a bigger couch or more chairs in the living area with the TV and a larger hot water heater or notice about the limited hot water....it went quick barley 2 quick showers worth. There was a musty smell when using washer and dryer.
Overall this is an awesome property and we look forward to hopefully staying there again.
We stayed for an academic conference at CSU, and the property was an excellent location - we were able to do a 15-20 minute walk to campus! We're a group of grad students (7 of us in total), and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed that weekend.
I found some broken glass under the edge of my dresser and the backyard/patio furniture was dirty and broken as well. But, it might have been due to the off-season and an overlooked cleanup, so it wasn't a big deal.
We recently stayed at this VRBO and overall had a good experience. The home was spacious just as listed, and had a well-equipped kitchen with a great variety of pans, cookware, spices, oils, and cooking spray—definitely a plus if you plan to cook during your stay. That said, it’s clear the property is a rental. It was mostly clean, but the floors left our feet black after walking around barefoot, so a deeper clean might be helpful. The kitchen faucet was a bit loose and hard to operate with one hand, and the soap at the sinks had been diluted or mixed, making it very watery. The backyard was a standout feature—very large and would be great for a dog, even though we didn’t bring one. There’s a propane grill available (though we didn’t use it), and while the outdoor space was big, the chair cushions were worn down with noticeable holes.Communication with the hosts was friendly and easy, though we did have to follow up once to get a response. Accessing the driveway was a bit tricky due to street traffic, but there was ample street parking available nearby. All in all, this property had plenty of space and amenities, especially for cooking and outdoor relaxation, with a few areas that could use some attention or maintenance.

Wedding week
We enjoyed our stay & we had plenty of room for everyone.
We'll remember this house with our next visit. Thanks!
The location of this property is great! It is very close to campus which made it convenient for CSU homecoming weekend. A group of 4 couples stayed here and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There is a busy street on one side so the noise was a little loud from one of the bedrooms, but we were so tired from the activities that it didn't affect us too much. We would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Great location
This was a large house in a very convenient location to downtown and the university. Other recent reviews are accurate regarding the need for some maintenance / TLC inside and out. Kitchen is pretty well stocked (we were cooking for a large family). A couple extra towels and additional TP, kleenex, etc. would be nice. Beds were comfortable. Large outdoor space with a couple tables was great for us. Overall it had what we needed and was a good stay, just seems like it's a little neglected. Patrick was reasonably responsive, sometimes right away, sometimes almost a day later. Flexible check-in, check-out was helpful.

Patrick’s House
It was nice and had plenty of room backyard was great may want to look into tree trim. Thank you Patrick
A good place especially if you are mostly staying indoors.
This was a very nice place to stay while a group of us were visiting family in Ft Collins. A couple of things could use a little attention, especially outside: screens are falling off the back porch, tree limbs are on the roof, plants are growing in the rain gutters. Inside was roomy, clean, and had a fairly well-stocked kitchen. Kitchen trash bags should be the right size for the trash receptacle (they kept falling in). Lid to coffee maker is not the right one and falls off when pouring which could be a hazard. Aside from these things, we had a good stay at this home.
The property is great, the beds were nice, and is very close to CSU. The proximity to CSU is less than 5 minutes. It is in a fairly busy intersection, but it never seemed too loud. We did have a small problem with vandalism to two of our cars (twisted windshield wipers) on the last night. Parking in the driveway and carport is difficult since the streets are busy. Overall the house is great and the AC was much appreciated for the 90+ temps while we were there. The owner was easy to work with too.
