Clean and great location!

It is a very nice property and perfect location to restaurants and shops. Washer/dryer in community location and it was out of service on our stay. The AC in room with pull out sofa turned on and off all night and was tough for a light sleeper. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Nice big TVโ€™s too! We had a very nice stay.

Loved the location of the property to beach and the town area. Advertised as a 4 person but the pull out couch was terrible for five nights to sleep on. They really should invest in a new pull out or another bed.Otherwise it was a lovely place. Also some basics like tissues were not there either.

Positives: Host EXTREMELY responsive to all our needs Place very clean Check in/out very easy Bed comfortable Negatives: Pics are not truly representative of the unitโ€ฆ it needs a lot of TLC, paint (trim needs cleaned up), better furniture/more comfortable couches (as mentioned in above review from someone else)โ€ฆon vacation you want to relax and get comfortable and that was hard to do. There is not a light overhead in kitchen (very dark at night), and even trying to make breakfast in the morning with blinds open, it was hard to see. There is only a little light over the stove hood. No windows in bedroom (fire hazard?) this made us extremely nervous. No vent in only bathroom. Ladies beware! You WILL sweat drying hair. Shower curtain barely clears top of tub so it blows into tub the entire time youโ€™re trying to shower. Access to the unit isnโ€™t the greatestโ€ฆneed to dodge some landscaping while trying to walk around building to door. Branches that were down from a storm on sidewalk to pool were never cleaned up and were still there when we leaved. Not much closet space at all. Beach chairs that were mentioned as being included were missing. It would not take much effort or money to make this unit so much betterโ€ฆ And hopefully that happens.
