The house is beautiful inside and out, definitely will book again ! Was close to everything we did.

The communication with the property owners was amazing , the rooms was nice and spacious. The beds was comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to everything.

Great host! Beautiful property!

Shamika was an amazing host! Her property was very clean, modern and great for the value. She was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The special touches, such as folded towels on the beds, were very thoughtful. We would gladly stay here again :)

Met all expectations

A few girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend and we had a great time. Very clean house, great location in relation to downtown and stadiums. Owner was very quick to respond, and very helpful and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and comfortable home

The house looked just like the pictures. Comfortable and cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable. It was located near every place I needed to go, including downtown. I didn't have to fight traffic all weekend. I will definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful and reached at to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

GREAT WEEKEND!

I rented this property as a getaway trip for my birthday weekend and I had a amazing time. The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the property, beautiful inside and out. The property manager was there if I needed anything, very nice and reliable. This was such a perfect property. 10/10.

Fell Short of Expectations

We made a complaint to the host and requested a refund because we didn’t feel safe in that neighborhood. After a while she finally responded stating that she can’t help the fact that I’m complaining about “an eyesore” and if I felt unsafe I should call law enforcement. We didn’t stay there at all, so I felt that we should atleast receive a partial refund for all of the fees (host fees, cleaning fee, etc). •A male wearing a ski mask paced in front of the house several times. •There was a heavy police presence at the entrance of the neighborhood. •Clear illegal activity taking place at the corner. •Uncovered wires hung near the driveway from the power lines due to “the neighbors having faulty wires”.

We are sorry that our property did not meet your expectations. Our status as a Premier Host is only possible through stellar reviews from those who have stayed at our property , felt safe, well attended to, and happy with the accommodations and amenities provided. The photos you shared included 2 police cars present at a gas station about a mile away from the property, a neighbor’s inactive hanging cable wire that blew down from a recent storm (which was removed upon notice), and no evidence of anyone standing around pacing the house or neighborhood from photos or our camera footage. For those reasons we were not amiable to providing a refund but hope that the rest of your visit in Atlanta was enjoyable.
