Come to the Finger Lakes and wander the Hills in search of wineries and a whole variety of outdoor activities.

We have over 20 acres, with a whole host of outdoor games for your family entertainment. Try corn hole, disc golf and even ping pong, in addition to croquet, tether ball and bocce ball and badminton. Fun for the whole family!

Rent is $500 a weekend or any two nights and $1600 per week.

Lovely private 3 bdrm Guest House -- the third bedroom is a separate area with pullout couch-- located in South Bristol. 20 acres to walk about with three ponds, grapevines, view of Canandaigua Lake. Beautiful patio to relax on and cookout.

Arbor Hill Winery and Brews and Brats is around the corner and Bristol Harbour and Bristol Mountain just a short distance away. Great start and ending point after touring the wineries in the Finger Lakes.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a set of bunks and the third with a pullout queen couch (1/2 bath is located off this room.) There are 1 1/2 baths. Kitchen has seating for 6-8. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and Dryer. Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

We ask that the place is left as you found it and please strip beds you use. Thanks for looking!

From the pristine lakes, gorgeous waterfalls, and magnificent parks to the charming villages, one-of-a-kind museums, and unique shopping opportunities, the Finger Lakes has something for everyone to enjoy in all four seasons of the year.'

You'll never have trouble finding activities and attractions in the Finger Lakes. Known as the Outdoor Lover's Paradise, there are unlimited recreational opportunities for the entire family. There are many antique stores, art galleries and theaters; and of course you can always visit one of the Finger Lakes region's famous wineries and a must try --- Grape Pie --- especially just a short distance down the road on Rt 21S at Monica's Pies. She also makes many other delicious pies and also a great chicken pot pie.

Come the last weekend of September for the Naples Grape Festival.

We loved our stay at Jim's South Bristol Guest House! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Normally when we stay at a VRBO we make a plan to go off somewhere during the day such as a hike. But this property is so beautiful that we decided to stay there the entire time.

Such a lovely property. The outdoor space is so peaceful with the pond, dock, picnic area, and well maintained land. The lodging is comfortable with all you would need. Truly a home away from home.

Peaceful getaway with friends

As soon as my friends and I entered the house, we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, this is it! The property grounds were gorgeous and there was plenty of it to explore. Needless to say, we had a great time!

Relaxing getaway

The property was very comfortable. The host was fortunately easy to get ahold of since we accidentally locked ourselves out without our key! For anyone who stays, make sure you keep key with you. The bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful.

Wonderful Xmas weekend!

We had a wonderful time enjoying family from out of town at this beautiful guest house! The apartment was very clean and comfortable! We had warm weather so we enjoyed a roaring camp fire every afternoon on the spacious patio. Thank for the memorable stay!

Nice space !

Nice little guest house! Loved the patio as well and the large yard to walk the dog. It was pretty well stocked with most things that we needed for our two day get away. Just brought food and some other small necessities. Very close to areas to hike, and arbor hill winery.

Beautiful property with lovely ponds and an excellent very large patio area. Beautifully landscaped. I walked around the ponds every morning and then had my coffee on the patio watching the butterflies, dragonflies and hummingbirds! Very, very peaceful, quiet setting. We were in town for a family reunion so spent very little time at the property. We plan to return in the future to explore more of the area and to relax on this wonderful property! We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen is very clean and well equipped! The host was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous retreat

We had a perfect family weekend. All amenities are provided and the place is beyond beautiful!! We relaxed by the ponds and enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We explored Naples and had ice cream at Lynnie Lou's and did a short hike at Grimes Glen.

House with a private park

Thought I was renting a house to stay at. Turned out to be a house to stay at, with a beautiful, large private park in the backyard. Met Flame, a very friendly golden that played with our dog.

Delightful Spot

Though a bit out of the way for many Finger Lakes attractions, the guest house was a delight both inside and out. Spacious, clean, great patio perfect for star gazing. Yes, you have to drive a bit to get anywhere (30 minutes to Hammondsport, one hour to Watkins Glen) but who cares -- the scenery along the way makes the ride a pleasure. Just delightful.

Beautiful and relaxing property!!!

The outdoor spaces are amazing... lots of land to explore and so pretty! Ponds, grape vines, rolling hills, wildflowers. Also an incredible patio with picnic table, adirondack chairs, and firepit! Inside space is cozy. Only suggestions i have would be updated mattresses and a light source out on the patio for security at night.

Beautiful and charming Getaway

My husband, 19 yr old daughter, Max the labradoodle & I stayed @ the cottage for 4 days. It was our first trip to the Finger Lake's area and we had a terrific time. The accomodations were excellent and the amenities went beyond the usual. Everything from bottled water, toiletries and even wood for outside fires was provided. The "personal touches" add a very family type feeling to the cottage.

This property was purchased and built by my brother, Jim. He was a great builder put a lot of love into the development of the whole property. He loved to share it with others. The property is in trust for his son. We are the caretakers of his legacy.
