Hope you can spend time in the Finger Lakes and visit us again!
The cabin was excellent and better than it looked in the pictures. Going in the winter, I really did appreciate the heated bathroom floor. Next time I book this it would have to be in warmer weather so I can take advantage of the firepit and front porch. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

Timber Haven really is year-round retreat. In warm weather, the front porch is the perfect spot to watch the chickadees and nuthatches at the bird feeders. Please come check it out !

Our second visit here to escape & relax with family. The cabin is gorgeous & beautifully crafted. And everything @ Timber Haven is excellent! Super clean.Thoughtful & caring hosts w/attention to details that make you so welcome & comfortable. Restaurant: Station 26 was 5 min away & was yummy too. Also ate at Old School House in Naples and did a little hike @ Grimes Glen. Beautiful area & plenty to do if you choose to be busy. But can’t beat the quiet cabin & front porch to read and relax.

Thanks for the lovely review! We were so happy to have you stay at Timber Haven. You are welcome to come for a relaxing getaway any time!
Truly one of the nicest homes we have stayed in! We really admired the craftsmanship of the natural pine and everything in the home was new and clean! The beds and the sofas were very comfy, as well as all the other creature comforts (like the heated bathroom floor). We visited Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks and I think they were at peak autumn beauty! Afterwards, it was nice to return to the home and sit on the front porch and watch the chickadees come and go. The hosts were very attentive and the basket of snacks was a welcome addition as well!

About the host
Hosted by Brandy Wiedrich
We are 3 native western New Yorkers and one Oregonian who want to share our lovely log home property with visitors to the beautiful Finger Lakes area.
Why they chose this property
The cabin is off the beaten path, but not far from so many wonderful things - wineries, breweries, skiing, hiking. We are on a quiet country road, nestled in the shade of tall pine trees. It is so relaxing here!
What makes this property unique
Our cabin is very accessible for those with mobility issues, although not ADA compliant yet. There are ramps to the front door, plenty of room to maneuver inside with a walker or scooter, a walk-in shower with grab bars, and a grab-bar at the toilet. The walk to the outdoor seating areas is fairly level.
Additionally, we strive for a low/no fragrance home for those with chemical sensitivities. There are no scented candles. We use fragrance free laundry detergent for (and no fabric softener!)
