3 Bedroom Condo Steps from the beach with an Ocean View. Newly redone and updated. New porch and stairs. New carpeting throughout and new living room furniture.

Make yourself at home in our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Condo. The Condo is located on 88th street, and is just a few steps from the beach, with ocean views from our large balcony.

You will find the house in great condition, with recently updated Kitchen & Bathrooms. And we work hard to make sure we have all of the amenities that you will need including: Plates, Utensils, Kitchen Appliances, iPod Stereo System. The living room has a large HDTV, with a DVD/VCR player, and a variety of movies and games as well as free WIFI access.

Our condo offers 2 covered parking spaces and a storage unit that is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, and a full grocery store.

We don't rent to high school seniors. Someone 25 or older is required to stay.

Owner was great to work with. Linen service was an unexpected bonus. The condo needs a deep clean , it doesn’t look like it has been done in the off season. It needs a refresh of kitchen plates, equipment, etc. The cleaning service did not do a complete job.

Our stay was nice, location good. Condo decorated nice. Unit was only surface clean, had to buy towels, sheets, paper itemsbon first day of artival..I text owner in detail and to request cleaning fee be refunded.

Perfect Vacation!

Arrived and had a clean secure place with all the AC, and appliances needed for a nice week with family. Close to the beach, on the ocean block. Neighbors were well behaved and there were no surprises. Family loved the beach, the layout and the sleeping arrangements worked well. We were able to enjoy the beach during day, and the porch at night. The boardwalk activities are a 15 minute drive but worth it. We truly had a blast! Coming back for sure!

Awesome family time at the beach

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. Thanks Mike and Nancy

Great location, nice place overall

Location is great, truly is mere feet from the beach. Plenty of room for my family (wife, 2 teenage boys and mother-in-law). Good selection of beach toys, chairs, etc in the shed for guest use. Nice being right on the beach if you want to get up early and watch the sun rise. My only complaint about the apartment was the shower/tub could use a new liner. Owner was very responsive when I had to send him a question about the Wifi. He responded within the hour and we got it straightened out. good places to eat nearby Ropewalk, Little House of Pancakes. Convenience store/gas station with good beer and wine selection is within walking distance, grocery store just a few blocks north. Things in OC that we loved to do: Go-Karts at Speedworld/Jolly Roger Amusement park, Jet Ski rentals from Bayside Boat Rentals Mini Golf at Lost Galaxy. Fantastic burgers at Pickles Pub Family dinner at Phillips Crab House Day Trip to Assateague Island, bring your beach gear/swimsuits and pack a picnic lunch. Ice cream from Dumsers

Great Location

Conveniently located near the beach,restaurants and activities.Mike was very responsive and his welcome packet was so helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. In fairness, she may have felt rushed with us being there. We did a quick clean up of these issues and had a wonderful family beach vacation.

Location, Location, Location

We spent 2 great weeks here. The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Mike was easy to communicate with. We had a couple SNAFUs when we first got there, but Mike took care of things in a timely manner. The condo had pretty much what we needed. Once I organized the kitchen, I had what I needed to cook meals. (I’m sure the disorganization was due to a summer of renters) This is a great property and we would definitely return!

After coming to Ocean City for over 30 years we decided to take the plunge and buy a vacation home. With a wife and 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren who love the ocean it was the right move for us.

Why they chose this property

We loved the location of this house. It is in mid-town Ocean City so it is close to everything while being in one of the most open beautiful areas.

We are only 100 feet from the beach. We wanted to be close to the beach so that we can easily walk back and forth with the grandchildren.

The house has a very open airy feel to it. The primary living area opens up to a lovely large porch which really expands the space.
