Pathway to the Sea Unit 108 is the perfect family beach escape with an amazing location and all the vacation vibes. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo has a beautiful view of the community pool and is located right next to the private pathway that takes you straight to the seawall!

In just a quick two-minute walk, you'll be on one of the best beaches on the South Texas Coast! Whether you're heading out for sunrise strolls, sandy afternoons, or sunset views, everything is right at your fingertips. Beach days are even easier here thanks to the complimentary fold-up wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, so you can pack up and go without the hassle!

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

•All properties are professionally cleaned using products that meet or exceed CDC standards. Towels and basic amenities are provided for the maximum occupancy. Each home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and readiness.

Great place & location

We are a family for 5 and had a great time at this place. The location is great as it is a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back in future.

The Perfect Place

This was exactly what we were looking for and hoping for! A first floor unit near the beach… a wonderful little patio and the larger open area for people to gather. The swimming pool was such a bonus! We were there for our son’s winging ceremony and our home-away-from-home was a great place to rendezvous. It was charming!

Great Stay

Our stay started out rough due to our rental not being cleaned. However, the manager had someone there within the hour. After that everything was smooth sailing. The location was great and access to the beach was even better. We most definitely will be visiting again and recommend to our family and friends.

Texas getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Unit was nice and clean. The exterior of the complex was in need of freshen up. Buildings in need of paint and all grass was dead. But unit was nice.

Great Location Nice Condo

Over all the rental was very nice just had issue with 1of the vanity sinks it was unuasable for 3 days. The location is great, property was clean and everything as advertized. Property management communication was good. Great location close to beach and easy drive to other beaches we wanted to visit, Malaquite Beach, Mustang Beach, Port Aransas Beach, and Whitecaps Beach. Only complaint was the clogged vanity sink.

Great stay

We had a great stay! It is a cozy unit with a nice patio. The decor is so cute. It was really nice to have a starter set of k cups. We liked the Roku TV, so we could sign in to our streaming services we use at home. We rented a golf cart and used it to get back and forth to the beach. We loved watching the sunrise from the patio. We recommend to eat at Water Street Grill in Corpus plus Venetian Hot Plate and Lisabella’s in Aransas Pass. We enjoyed the TX State Aquarium and splash pad in Corpus Christi.

Great location, clean and convenient

We had a great stay! Our family of 5 enjoyed the location right by the pool and in walking distance to the beach. We had everything we needed and there were even night lights (because I always forget those!) It was clean and true to the listing. We never needed to communicate about any issues so I can't attest to ease of issues being resolved. We enjoyed going to the beach, the aquarium (about 30 min away) and the USS Lexington museum, too. The beach was not super crowded for a weekend visit. There were people there but we always felt like we had plenty of space for our stuff and it didn't feel crowded. Really enjoyed the stay!!
