Renovated and furnished April, 2022. New paint, floors, and countertopf . This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath offers a full sized kitchen with NEW QUARTZ countertop with recessed sink with everything you need - dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and full sized, side by side washer & dryer in condo. All new linens, towels, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Queen Sized bed in Master, 2 twin sized beds in 2nd room, all with Memory Foam Toppers. TWO full bathrooms that were just refinished (April, 2020) to include non-slip flooring, NEW quartz bathroom countertops. Brand new beautiful Sleeper Sofa and side chair. Brand new LARGE kitchen table with seating for everyone, including a long bench, great for kids. 3 large flat screen TV's (both with expanded cable). Surf the web on the condos own personal, secure Wifi connection, play board games or relax with a book during your stay. And don't forget the great balcony where you can kick up your feet on the cute newly purchased adirondack chairs, watch the sun set and enjoy the island breeze.

What a perfect spot! You have everything someone needs to get away for a few days and breathe. I booked this 4 days prior needing to get out of central Texas and the funk I was in from work. This condo had everything I bedded to rehab my soul. The pool was awesome, the fishing dock was super cool (my kids are bringing their rods next time), and the sunsets were what I needed. Thank you for having your kitchen stocked with perfect items to help with cooking. I came down on a budget and was able to spend less because i didn't have to go out for food for us. The separate beds in the guest room were perfect because my sons (twins) hate sleeping in the same bed on vacation. Love having extra pillows and blankets so thank you for that!

Property was well equipped overall. Lack of elevators was a bit of a surprise. It is a very nice location...close to beaches and amenities. To advertise an ocean view is a bit of a stretch. Overall it was a very nice stay.

A Pleasant Stay

It was a lovely place with a good location and good amenities. The room with a double beds needs a bed side light, the dishwasher should be bolted in, and there is a near constant sound of running water. Other than that the place was tidy and we have no other complaints

Nice for a couple of days..

The place is very clean! The location was great! If you are looking to get a good night sleep while on vacation. .. The bed was like sleeping on a rock with a memory foam on top of it. You could hear every footstep day and night from third floor. Everything can't be perfect! Nice place!

It was okay

There is some maintenance to be done. Some some been refurbished but the listing indicated it was a fully redone. Check out process and entry was easy and efficient. It may be good to mention you can park on the beach that is close to the condo.

When a family checked in upstairs the noice from them walking around was extremely annoying. Also, The condo was clean and nice but the beds are uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious, clean, and well equipped for our weekend getaway. We loved how beach toys were included -- our sons enjoyed playing in the sand. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There were so many shops and restaurants close by -- we enjoyed Island Joe's for coffee and Padre Pizzeria. The only negatives were that the walls were thin (we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking very loudly at times), there was not good water pressure to one of the sinks (master bath), and the internet was very slow, so when we were streaming TV shows they froze a lot. The beach would have been a pretty long walk with all our gear and young kids, so we ended up getting a parking permit and driving to the beach. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in this condo.

Nice Property - Check-In Confusing

The property itself was very nice and accommodating. The location is pretty good, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner even had several beach items (like a wagon) that we were able to use for the beach each day. However, our check-in instructions were somewhat confusing. We were given a code to use to open the door. Upon arrival, we observed an older key storage code box on the door frame, but the code would not work. After 10 minutes of trying to figure it out, we attempted to call and text the owner multiple times with no response. So we carried much of our stuff back down to our car and kept trying to contact the owner. In one last frustrated attempt my son and I went back up (2nd Floor) and failed again. I then inadvertently touch a blacked out screen at the door handle and realized it was a Digital Touch pad where the code is. But it’s invisible unless you know otherwise. The owner did contact us and apologize after we had already figured out how to get in. Overall the trip was good. But this snag was frustrating.

We enjoyed this condo as just a long block from the beach and a wonderful pool. Nice restaurants close by as well as a nice grocery store. Seating worked well for the 3 of us.

Great Place

The location and pictures of place were great and accurate. The only problem was that we could hear the neighbors upstairs walking and bouncing a ball well into the night. I know that is beyond the owners control.

Permanent residents have a long list of "don'ts" if you are coming with a large group and kids, this may not be the place for you. There is pull through parking for trailers/boats, very convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful!
