About this property

Red Rock Rhapsody-Expansive Views Downtown Sedona

Red Rock Rhapsody in Uptown Sedona excites and entices with its inspiring views of the majestic red rocks which can be enjoyed from panoramic picture windows or from the wrap-around stone pathway which leads to two large patios. The patios are each well-equipped for relaxing and absorbing the beauty, power and peacefulness of the ancient monoliths. A multitude of hiking trails are nearby. Enjoy this charming yet totally renovated (2021) 3-bedroom, 3-bath ranch home which retains its vintage charm yet features all modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen (with a gas range) sure to please serious cooks.
The master suite features a huge east facing picture window with mountain views. Double doors lead to the expansive patio with a majestic view. A large solar umbrella shades the patio seating area. Imagine relaxing out there with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and just absorbing the awe-inspiring views. A firepit just adds to the ambiance of the experience.
The queen guest room has its own set of doors opening onto another patio. A small conversation set provides a private area in which the guests can enjoy that same incredible view.
The second guest room features a bunk bed featuring a twin, a double, and a roll out twin, perfect for families with children.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a Roku TV for your viewing enjoyment.
As for the bathrooms, both the master suite and one hall bathroom have spacious walk- in showers. The third hall bathroom features a bathtub. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
There is also a large patio on the opposite side of the home which has comfortable seating for up to eight guests. For those who enjoy grilling, there is a Weber grill on the patio.
Maximizing the red rock views, the living room features picture windows on three sides and an electric fireplace adds to the ambiance for those cooler nights.
The kitchen is supplied with more than enough dinnerware and glassware to feed a large party and there is even a plastic set for our younger guests. There is also melamine dinnerware and glassware for worry-free outdoor dining.
Avoid the hassles of parking as a short walk takes you to the downtown area where you can shop and dine in this quaint, picturesque, and unique western town recognized by Native Americans as a sacred place of pilgrimage and transformation. Less than one hour away is Flagstaff and a gateway to the Grand Canyon, and where the Arizona Snowbowl offers the best skiing experience in the state.
Early morning coffee on the patio, afternoon drinks, and a cozy firepit in the evenings will create memories that endure long after your wondrous stay in this incredible area.
