Enjoy the property so much I have stayed there several times. Great Uptown location with fabulous views. Comfortable and relaxing after exploring the Sedona area. Well stocked kitchen if you choose to prepare some of your meals. Responsive and welcoming host.

Hi - this was a beautiful place to stay with a great view, outdoor deck and the shops are very close by (but not too close!). The host was very responsive to our needs - eg - the heater was locked and needed to be unlocked and he was very responsive. Thanks!

Our stay in this beautiful home simply could not have been better. David was communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout. The home had absolutely gorgeous views and we loved watching the sun rise each morning. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal, as it is within short walking distance to all of the uptown restaurants and shops. This made a huge difference in our stay as driving and parking in uptown can be very difficult and congested. Thank you for an amazing Sedona visit, David!

The property is nice and the location is great, the views are nice and it was very clean. The deck is nice but the patio furniture could use some updating and some of the other elements on the deck were in somewhat shabby condition. But it’s a relatively minor concern everything else was very nice, and I would consider staying there again.

It is always a jolt to get less than a 10, after nearly 300 10 ratings since 2012, but we used this as a wake-up call on our patio furniture: as of Sep 15 there is all-new chairs/tables and we added a FIRE PIT to the mix. Check out the new pic's............

This is our second stay at this property. Although showing its age a bit, this delightful property is well-cared for and has tremendous views. The kitchen is well-equipped. Its location is perfect. The high point is the tremendous communication provided by the owner - instantly responsive to every question, concern, or need.Highly recommend.

Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Bed was comfortable and has different weight of blankets depending on the weather. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. Views were awesome.

My two sisters and I appreciated the convenient location, spectacular views and cozy and charming interior of Sedona Spice. Very walkable to restaurants, parks and trails. The place was amazing. It had everything needed for a perfect week long stay in Sedona. So easy to get to morning coffee, shops and restaurants. The balcony was unbelievable for morning and evening mountain and red rock views. David communicated quickly and clearly and had on point recommendations. Can not recommend enough!
