Our Seabird Themed Unit 7 at Ritchie Village is a guest favorite with private garage, in unit laundry, new king sized bed and gentlemen’s chest, and a full pint-sized kitchen including dishwasher. No through traffic private road with just our sixteen duplexes make up Ritchie Village. If this one is taken we have others with similar appointments and slightly different design schemes opening all the time!
