Head to Pompano Beach's stunning three mile coastline, located just four miles away. Across the way you can catch the excitement of thoroughbred, greyhound and harness racing at the Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park. For shopping, visit the Galleria Mall, Las Olas shopping district and Sawgrass Mills Mall. In Ft. Lauderdale, get the little ones involved at the Museum of Discovery & Science, or view works of art at the Museum of Art. The Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment district is also packed with performing arts centers and museums. Cruise over to Hollywood and Miami Beach for even more South Florida thrills. The Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a short 14 mile drive.

In addition to premier vacation suites and condos, Palm-Aire features an outstanding array of well-appreciated amenities. Surrounded by lush palm trees and cool ocean breezes, it won't be hard to kick back in one of four outdoor swimming pools. Keep up your golf skills at the Palm Aire Golf Club or have fun at the mini golf course. Participate in one of the organized activities in the "Play Days" activities program. These spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom resort suites comfortably sleep two to six guests and range from 512 to 1,480 square feet. Studio suites feature a queen bed in most with a queen sleeper sofa, partial kitchen and a whirlpool tub. One- and two-bedroom resort suites feature one king or one queen bed in the master, two full beds or one queen bed in the guest room and a double sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate a full kitchen, whirlpool tubs, dining area, and TVs throughout. All suites have balconies or patios with beautiful garden or golf course view and laundry facilities onsite.

- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

1. We need the full name as it appears on the ID of the person checking in to be sent with the booking request. If not, a booking will be made under the name in the Booking Request. Name changes to incur a $100 fee.
2. At least one guest must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID and credit card at check-in.
3. A refundable security deposit will be charged at check-in ranging from $100 to $200 depending on the unit type
4. Listing pictures are of general units. Unit interiors may vary but we will meet all amenities published.
5. WiFi access is offered on a paid plan basis. You will be able to view and purchase plans upon check-in.
6. If you wish to extend your stay, you need to make a new reservation with a minimum stay of 2 nights. All fees and charges will apply.
7. Date alterations are not accepted once a reservation is confirmed.
