Great Affordable Stay

I had some minor issues checking into the property but once that was resolved it was smooth sailing. The property itself is in decent condition and I wasn't expecting more because of its affordability. It had quite a few amenities that made it ideal and is a definite spot that I would consider in the future.

Great value & location for college events

My 17 year old daughter and recently completed a 4 school college tour starting with FSU in Tallahassee. We wanted a 2 bedroom, 2 bath place that would not break the bank as we were working on a budget. This property was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that was nearby to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the FSU campus. The unit was clean and well stocked.

Comfortable and great location

The townhouse was nicely set up for our family. Teenage boys had their own beds in one room upstairs and my husband and I were downstairs with an adjustable mattress which was great for reading. Clean and kitchen well stocked with items needed for cooking. Tom Brown Park was located down the street with a fantastic dog park and so many amenities. FSU, museums, and capital were minutes away. Beautiful green and hilly areas surrounded us.

Nice Property / Nice Neighborhood

This property was a nice, convenient getaway from the FSU campus. This duplex condo was located in a lovey, quiet neighborhood only a few miles from the campus. Originally, we had thought that being a duplex, the noise level may have been a concern ... however, this was not the case. During our time of stay we had zero noise from the neighborhood, and we had zero noise from the adjoining unit. It was a perfectly tranquil experience. Also, the interior accommodations had all that we needed, plus it had many remodeled upgrades. The communication / check-in and check-out process was very smooth with no issues. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.
