The space

Sprawling and spacious, this lofty two story home stands extra tall above surrounding features, capturing golden hour with sweet perfection. Reverse design with kitchen, living room, dining room and a cozy bedroom/balcony upstairs, while three downstairs suites make even the California King beds seem modest.

Details: Natural wood trim, furnished with locally-sourced singularly crafted wood pieces, abundant natural light from expansive windows. The master suite can accommodate three beds: two queens on either side of the California King.

Guest access

As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire space: 5 bedrooms, grand living/dining space and kitchen, plus spacious on-property parking to accommodate 4 vehicles, and a beautiful backyard.

Please note: a fifth parking location, lockout room and garage are reserved for hosting materials and will not be available.

Should you wish for private eco-tours, a 2023 fully-electric ‘adventure-mobile’ stands at the ready on-site.

Memorable holiday time!

This property is absolutely incredible! It comfortably hosted our group of 15, offering the perfect blend of space and togetherness. Everyone had room to relax, yet we could easily gather to create unforgettable family memories.The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and having a grocery store just five minutes away was so convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—private, serene, and just a short trip to the beach. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.Matt, the property owner, was truly exceptional. His quick response time and attentiveness to our questions and needs made the experience seamless and stress-free.We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding getaway!

A pleasant Vrbo experience

We were looking for a property on the northern part of the island to host three families for a five-day stay including the Christmas Day. This is our first Vrbo experience, which turns out to be very pleasant one. Out host Mathew was warm, polite & responsive before our arrival. He is the type of the host who sincerely wants the guests to have the best possible experience during their stay in his property. He is personable and even spent a day with us on Christmas Day as a wonderful tour guide, providing customer-tailored itinerary. I would recommend this property ( spacious, clean, with all of the essentials) and Mathew ( a great host) without any reservation.
