Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our Ocean Front 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the exclusive Oceanfront Villas section made up of 7 townhomes. You have found one of the best units in Kawama. You have the choice of relaxing on the Oceanfront Villas private beach, firepit area in the marina or enjoy the rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or sipping on a beverage on the balcony with direct ocean views.

This is a two level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 70”TV and a full size Sleeper Sofa able to accommodate two. Walk a little further in and you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. This level also has a bar area with sink, wine cooler and ice machine. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, living room and full bathroom with another 70” TV, balcony over looking the marina and endless ocean views. On the balcony you will find a bar height table with 4 chairs, loveseat couch and single person couch. This level also has the primary bedroom with a full bath, a King Size bed with a Roku 40” TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds and two extra twin size mattress under the beds. A Golf Cart, Two beach cruiser bikes, two paddle boards and a kayak are also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

This was the perfect warm-weather escape from our long Upstate NY winter! We woke up to a consistent 72-degree mornings every single day! The location was unbeatable for viewing sunrises and sunsets from the jetty or your own personal deck, and the house itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like a home rather than a rental, especially with the amazing, comfortable mattresses, pillows, and plenty of spare blankets provided. We loved relaxing on the deck at night and listening to the ocean waves. The surrounding palm trees and tiki huts provided gorgeous photo ops against the sunsets. Our host was fantastic—communication was quick, the property binder included some cool historical information about the property, which was a cool touch, and his recommendations for Lorelei’s and Snook’s Bayside were spot on. There are so many restaurants nearby and so much for families to do in Key Largo; we also loved C&C Wood-Fired Grill, which was just a couple minutes away from the complex. The amenities were the icing on the cake, from the two swimming pools to the use of a golf cart and feeding tropical fish at the lagoon. We highly recommend Dolphin Plus Marine Coastal Center right outside the Kawama complex and taking the short drive to Theater of the Sea.Our family actually didn't want to go home at the end of the week, and that says a lot—highly recommend!Perfect! The villa was wonderful!! The views from the balcony were great. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Our family enjoyed using the paddle boards that were available. Great Place In Key Largo on the water

This place was a great spot for us! The most impressive thing was the owner and how quickly they responded , they even provided and put together a crib for the baby at no extra charge, we had our little dogs and they were happy with the grassy area next to the villa. It was neat, clean, well decorated with every little thing you could imagine needing. TVs in each room, gas grill to cook our lobsters! etc etc etc. Golf cart was fun and we played pickle ball too. Swimming areas were nice and easy hop over to some great restaurants. Will definitely return

Dream home -- Literally - Picture Perfect!!

By far the best house I have stayed at! The house was stunning! This was a friend's trip with the ladies and we all loved this property! We had a hard time leaving the house for the day because the view and home were just spectacular. The sunrises were incredible each morning (worth getting up early). Everything you needed was provided, the place was spotless and very comfortable. Raul was fantastic with his communication too. We were all sad to leave! 10 out of 10 !

Great views! Peaceful resort. Great amenities included. (Bikes,golf cart, paddle boards. Beautiful sun set view on the jetty pier. Great outdoor spaces at the condo. Condo stocked well. Easy communications and quick responses from owner. Easy to book, check in and check out. Highly recommend the Backyard Cafe, within walking distance, for fresh delicious food with great options! Also, It is totally worth the 20 min drive to Blackwater Safire for a delicious meal with wonderful views!

The house was meticulously cared for and the owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property has a nice sandy beach area you can walk or drive the golf cart too. Our family liked hanging out there, and on the deck and patio. I’d highly recommend this unit!

About as nice as a VRBO gets.

Large two story oceanfront townhome. Plenty of outdoor space on both levels and either had ample room for the six of us though we spent most time upstairs for the view. Clean modern and beautiful. We used the supplied paddle boards and kayak and had a blast. We brought pickle ball stuff with us but didn’t need to as that was supplied as well. Like most of the keys the beach is surrounded by rocks but there is a ladder to climb in with the paddle boards and the water is clear and shallow. Tiki huts and tables on the beach and charcoal grills. Stairs in the unit are a spiral staircase which could be an issue for some but was not for us. Since the unit was not booked on the Sunday we were leaving Raul proactively offered late checkout which we took advantage of. Highly recommend.
