We offer our guests an endless blend of fun, relaxation, romance and sun. Welcoming smiles and friendliness of the Aloha Spirit is the real magic of Maui. The moment you step through the door, you’ll be greeted with Hawaiian decor.

This one bedroom, two bathroom condominium offers a breathtaking OCEAN VIEW, with all the amenities of home, suitable for couples. Open the lanai door to hear the waves and allow the trade winds to gently cool the unit keeping it comfortable. You will appreciate that the KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED for your convenience. Wi-Fi, cable TV, queen size pull out sofa bed and a stackable washer/dry await you. The bedroom has a king size bed, an on-suite bathroom, portable A/C and a self locking safe. You have your own numbered parking space for your car. An elevator will take you to the third floor where you will see the spectacular ocean view and once you step through the door you will notice how our team is dedicated to ensuring you are welcomed to a CLEAN UNIT when you arrive. The EXTRA LARGE LANAI is shaded and equipped with table and chairs for you to sip your morning coffee or raise your glass to an end of a perfect day.

Kamaole Sands is located in Kihei, south Maui, which is the drier side of the island and borders the exclusive neighborhood of Wailea. Its 15 acres of lush tropical gardens are carefully landscaped with colorfully lit fountains and waterfalls. Enjoy the large pool, a children’s pool, two Jacuzzis as well as the workout room, two tennis courts, three pickle ball courts and eight gas barbeques. The resort is located in walking distance to Maui’s best beaches. It’s only a three minute walk to the pool or three minutes to the ocean. Around the corner from the resort are the upscale Shops of Wailea, restaurants, Wailea golf courses or you can turn the other way to visit some of Kihei ‘s fine dinners, boutiques, activities, and grocers. The resort has a 24 hour front desk, computer terminals, an activity desk and evening security. During the winter months look out towards the ocean and catch a glimpse of the whales as they play in the warm waters off the shore. The resort offers you days that are as active or as laid back as you please. Come join the weekly hula party by the pool every Wednesday.

Our stay here was outstanding. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. The large lanai was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxing, and sunset dinners. The condo is just steps across the street from the beach, and a short walk to restaurants and stores. The owner reached out after we arrived to make sure everything was up to standards. I’d recommend this condo in a heart beat.

Large balcony with seating and ocean view. Nice that they had beach towels and gear to take to the beach. Updated modern kitchen. Great location in Kihei, close to Wailea. Bedroom was a little dark but nice having 2 bathrooms. Condo complex was nice with bbq areas and pool area (small relative to how big the complex was) but then again the beach was across the street!

No place like home

We have come to Maui for many years and rented from Rita for the past 2 years. The unit is very clean, has everything you need,the kitchen is well equipped has large lani with an ocean view. The Kamaole Sands property is beautiful. We ate breakfast out on the lanai every morning and enjoyed our 1 hour walk explorer all 3 beaches.. The unit is very comfortable and Rita is great to deal with.

Perfection in Kihei

My husband and I spent a glorious 3 days in this fantastic and beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, updated, and has an excellent view of the ocean. It was perfect for our stay in south Maui. We got married at sunset on a beach just a couple miles away. Rita was so accommodating. She was quick to answer questions, sent us information and recommendations, called us during our stay, and made us feel safe, secure, welcome, and completely comfortable. Maui Paradise

The Kamaole Sands resort is really impressive—very well maintained, with beautiful grounds, large swimming pool with separate hot tubs for adults only and families with kids, great barbecue and picnic table setup and good location right across from Kamaole Beach No. 3. It is a great place for families (our adult children with kids had their own condos in the same building). The condo in which we stayed was also well maintained and very well equipped. I am especially impressed by how well the kitchen was equipped, including high quality cookware and knives, lots of dishes and glassware, serving bowls, plastic storage containers and cutting boards.

Mahalo Rita! My husband and I absolutely enjoyed your place in Kihea. It was the perfect getaway for our reunion after 8 months of being apart. The condo was exactly as described--we were most grateful for the kitchen, Wi-Fi, views, and proximity to the beach! The property is well-maintained and quiet. Everyone around seems very respectful of privacy and noise levels (quiet hours 10p-8a). We would absolutely visit again and recommend your place to family and friends. The whole rental process was smooth and the customer service was top-notch. I could not thank you enough Rita for the numerous emails back and forth with information about Maui and our visit.

This was our first visiting Kihei in September 2023. While looking for a place to stay we found this property at the Kamaole Sands Resort, and what a hidden GEM. To start our Host Rita, was amazing! Great communication about everything from start to finish of the rental. The condo was PERFECT in every way. Anything you need to make your stay comfortable, and enjoyable Rita has available at the condo. The condo was well decorated., The lanai is large,and my favorite spot to sit to enjoy the ocean. The beach is directly across the road...steps away from our condo, and was easy to walk to. I would love to come back to Kihei, and this condo will be our choice. Sherrie

Disappointed

Dirty floors even though they want you to take off your shoes to walk around the unit. The owner did request the cleaning person to rewash the floors but it STILL wasn’t clean. No spices, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags, etc. The next week we stayed in a condo that was loaded with extras so you don’t have to buy EVERYTHING. There is a glass cover on the coffee table and it’s not attached and is much larger than the table top. My husband leaned on it tipped off and smashed. Could be very dangerous! Glass everywhere.

Perfect!

We just returned from an 8 night stay in this wonderful condo. We have stayed in several different units and this was our favorite and the one we will return to for sure! The unit is very comfortable with 2 fans, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom. We never used the A/C even once. Such great air flow if you have the front door open and lanai open with screens closed you get the full benefit of the trade winds! The location of this unit is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of great dining in South Kihei too. The unit is well layed out with 2 bathrooms and open kitchen/livingroom plan. Very clean and updated too. I highly reccommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui....so much cheaper than a hotel room, you are close to all world class beaches and snorkling spots, great dining, and shopping and just down the road from the posh side of the island, Wailea. Cannot say enough about it. The owner is wonderful, accessible and replies quickly to emails, which I always appreciate. Do not hesitate to rent this unit, you will not be disappointed. We shall return!!

This property was fantastic. The condo’s patio is great for the morning sunrise and has a beach/water view for the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked which makes grocery shopping and cooking much easier. The in unit washer/dryer was also great for a midweek laundry load or for wet swim suits. The beds (bedroom and pullout couch) were very comfortable! Location - truly a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and easy access to wailea and other neighboring towns! Kamaole sands - the tennis courts were free and easy to rent out! They were in great condition.
