This reservation took place shortly after a hurricane impacted the surrounding area, while cleanup and recovery efforts were still underway. We did not receive any communication from the guest during their stay regarding concerns or issues with the home, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address them. Given that the only specific feedback mentioned was our prompt communication, we are disappointed by the three-star rating and wonder whether conditions in the surrounding area following the storm may have influenced the overall rating. We always strive to provide an excellent guest experience and encourage guests to communicate any concerns so we can work to resolve them promptly.

Great location

House was perfect for our spring break stay! Neighborhood was wonderful and loved the use of the private beach. House had plenty of room.

Fun in the Sun!

Premiere location on property, short walk and shuttle to clean private beach. Great house with plenty of room and toys for the whole family. A fantastic find in the middle of it all :)

Fun stay

6 adults, 6 children ages 8 mo - 9 years old. Plenty of room for 3 families. 5 min walk to beach, great restaurants, fun times. Don't hesitate to book this home.

Amazing property - WOW!

This vacation home in Destin was absolutely perfect! We had 3 families in our group and found that there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and pools. The home was beautifully decorated, and the host was incredibly accommodating. They've thought of everything to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We can't wait to book this house again!

Yes. Everything was great except the oven. Either Housekeeping sprayed something in the oven and didn’t wipe it out or the last renters spilled something in it and didn’t clean it. After turning on the oven to pre-heat, the house filled with smoke, the smoke detectors went off and it stunk. We cleaned it out, my daughter got burned in the process, but did get it operational. Other than that, everything was greatest!
