Hi Robert, thank you for sending over your feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed the property and the amenities on offer. Regarding the pet fee, I can see that you enquired about that the day after you booked with us and one of our team members made you aware of the fee and sent you a link to pay the required pet fee. This was done 6 months before your booked dates. I am sorry to hear about the confusion with the golf cart waiver as we were experiencing a technical glitch with the waivers. Regarding the hurricane, unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do about that but we are glad that you did enjoy your stay. Sorry to hear that you decided to leave the property earlier due to the hurricane but I was glad to see that the area was not affected meaning that vacation rentals were still going ahead as normal.
