This condo is as advertised, it is very nice, great lighting, excellent location, host is extremely nice and helpful. The place is comfortable. Very close to the beach and a nice ice cream place. We even saw a rocket launch right from the porch, overall a very positive experience.

Lots of outdoor amenities!

This condo was in a very convenient and scenic location. Walks by the river, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts right at your fingertips! Recreational center and dog park a short, walkable distance away. Shopping and restaurants within a short distance (some walkable to). Lisa was very responsive to any queries and her place was wonderful. Beds extremely comfortable for longer stays. Do not hesitate to rent.

Totally renovated inside with the thought in mind for the working executive or the vacationer that has some work to do but can enjoy all that the complex has to offer with its many amenities and river location. Beaches blocks away along with Port Canaveral and Cocoa beach less than 2 miles away. GREAT LOCATION and NEW ACCOMMODATIONS!!

Totally updated with amenities that include Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, sauna , fishing and more. Great location to all the area has to offer. Great restaurants, activities for kids, bars for every type of person, water sports, gambling.... the list goes on and on!!
