This home has beautiful views to the Sea of Cortes and to the only Gary Player Signature course in Mexico. It is located at the gated community of Puerta Cortés Hillside Residences. Our guests have access to the Colinas Pool and to Puerta Cortés Beach Club Blue Cortés. Puerta Cortés has a Golf Course, the best Spa in La Paz Espíritu Spa and a few top restaurants within reach. It has Optical Fiber WiFi, washer and dryer and free parking for one car.

The Space

Enjoy the harmony of a community that blends with the desert and the sea. This is a perfect place to enjoy with friends and family, a home tastefully decorated with Mexican art.

LIVING ROOM AREA: This home has an open living area with a smart tv, comfortable sofas, a small bar, and the kitchen. It is a good place to chill after a long day at the beach or at the golf course.

KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen to cook almost any meal for your friends and family.

PRIVATE TERRACE: The back patio or terrace has a wonderful view to the golf course and the ocean. The dining table is for up to 6 people and it has a couple of patio chairs to relax and enjoy afternoons and morning readings. It is worth mentioning that there is a BBQ Grill outside as well.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful view to the ocean and the golf course, access to the terrace and a private bathroom with a big enough closet. It has an apple TV and a TV.

Bedroom 1: It has two full beds, a dedicated workspace and a TV with fire TV. It has a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the house.

Bedroom 2: It has a queen wall bed, a dedicated workspace and a private bathroom.

GOLF CART is available for rent per day (subject to availability) to move inside the resort areas, however, we highly recommend renting a car to enjoy everything La Paz has to offer, including the nearby beaches, like Balandra, the most beautiful in Mexico.
