This unique single family home is known throughout Indian Shores for its beautiful pink curb appeal! With a roof-top patio perfect for evening meals and listening to local live music, this one bedroom cottage sleeps 4 max and has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and trundle bed. It is directly across the street from the BEACH where you have PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS at our sister property, Sunburst Inn, and you can use our beach loungers and umbrellas in the sugary sand of Indian Shores Beach.
*Pet-friendly. The pet fee is $195 for your first 3 nights plus an additional $25 per night there after.

Mahuffer's, the world famous dive bar, is just across the street, a few steps away. Yes, when you are on the rooftop you can hear the live music; when you are in the home you really cannot. All of our guests LOVE the local feel of Mahuffer's and you will too- and you will LOVE the proximity to the Pink Cottage after a long night of indulging. 2 minute walk to the beach to private beach access ay Sunburst Inn (our sister property).
Our property manager, Madison, lives close by and is available if any needs arise.
The little pink cottage is located directly across the street from the beach. Walk out the front door and your toes are in the sand within a one minute walk (maybe two if you like to take your time)! Several mom and pop shops, Indian Shores Coffee, and Smugglers Cove mini golf are all within walking distance.
The home is all yours to enjoy- you will be the only guests staying there. The front door access is a digital key pad.
This cozy single family home cottage sits in the middle of a low-key beachy neighborhood amongst a well-known coffee shop, delicious pizzeria, neighborhood bar with live music, and other beautiful homes. Watch sunrise and/or sunset from the rooftop, cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen, take our bikes for a ride, toss in a load of laundry in the washer and dryer, watch our selection of movies, and simply walk across the street to the private beach access where you can use our beach loungers and beach umbrellas. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sleeping area in the living room with a trundle bed that sleeps up to two.
This is a very family friendly neighborhood. You can walk, ride our bikes, or of course drive in your car. You can also rent scooters locally. Enjoy the Gulf of Mexico on a paddle board (provided free to our guests).
