Was nice and quiet but very outdated for the price. The front door lock was really bad , kept biting my finger. I saw someone else on another review say the same thing and I would imagine they would have fixed it by now.The bathroom was real small. I would not rebuilt again. Also the glass panels in the windows and the front door is a real hazard I don't even think they should have it you could be cut very easily if there was an accident.

The location is very good. There is a Circle K down the street, a cafe in the Sunset resort across the street, and a great little ice cream shop next to it. The crosswalk to get across Gulf Blvd is on the walk to the beach, a block away. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking. The home itself is small, as are many in the area. The beds are uncomfortable, and the walls a bit thin, but otherwise the house is cute and relaxing, and everything it was stated to be in the description. If the mattresses are ever replaced on the beds, I would definitely rent this again.

This little house is clean and cozy. The pictures must be old photos, as it looked like from photos that there was yard with grass, but there isn't. As we were traveling with dogs. Luckily there was an empty lot with grass near. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Mattresses on bed was pretty stiff. But we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us :)

We had a wonderful time, the place was exactly what we needed.

The place was very charming and convenient with so many fun things in the area. My daughter and her cousins had a fantastic time with all the activities close by.
