Located in a quiet, idyllic, family neighborhood in Lakewood; our recently remodeled abode is tucked away on the west side of the Denver Metro. The neighborhood features a gorgeous park equipped with plenty of space for the family to spread out, a playground area with climbing-structures for children, and a lake with various walking/biking trails, less than a block away.

The Inside Scoop:
Your are sure to find comfort, fun, and plenty of space to relax here! Our home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping a group of 8, a spacious living room, a quiet family room with a wood burning fireplace and a designated single-person office space, a second family room that's been transformed into a theater & gaming room in the basement, an open floor kitchen (newly finished) with upgraded appliances, a dining room accommodating 6 people (8 upon request), a private fenced-in backyard with a gas-burning grill, and an underground heated pool (seasonally). In the summer time we have fruits, vegetables, and herbs that grow in the back... please, help yourself!

POOL SEASON : Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend

If you are occupying the property for more than 7 days, we will coordinate a plan to keep the indoor plants watered. Housekeeping will be there to quickly care for indoor plants on Tuesdays. Should the guest not want anyone in the home while it is being occupied, guests' can opt to water plants themselves. Guests' will refer to instructions in manual located in kitchen.

Awesome stay

This house fit us perfectly! We had 5 adults and we had plenty of bathroom/ bedroom space for all 5 of us. The property managers had a great response time and were so friendly and made the whole stay 10x more enjoyable! Amazing time in Lakewood!

Our family absolutely loved this property! We were in Lakewood visiting family and this was the perfect space for our family of four plus my in-laws. The location was great. Easy access to lots of great day hikes. The home was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the pool! We will definitely be back and would recommend to our friends and families visiting the Denver and Lakewood area.

This home was in a perfect location for our trip to Colorado. Well situated between the airport, Denver, and the Mountains. The home is as advertised and the owners were friendly, responsive and helpful. This is a great house for a family. Lots of room to spread out. Would love to visit again when the pool is open! Great spot, felt like home

We loved our stay!!! We felt like we were at home. Everything that we needed was right there, including a pool, great back yard, and super comfortable beds. The master bath was awesome with a huge shower. We loved staying here. Neighborhood was very quiet and inviting. The hosts were excellent. They were attentive and immediately responded to anything that we needed. Can't wait to stay again.

Weekend outside Denver

This property was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend. The house was beautiful inside and out. Our group loved playing some of the board games stocked in the basement together and enjoyed lounging by the pool. The location was so close to many destinations but nice and quiet at night to relax. 15 min drives to hiking over in golden, great food and restaurants in Denver, and to a nearby lake where we paddle boarded. The hosts were great communicators and I would happily stay there again!

Great house and pool

The house was very large and clean, pool was great and it was great for our stay visiting family around Denver. The owners were very responsive and accommodating (they allowed us to have some family over for a BBQ / pool day which was great given how hot it was! My only recommended improvement and a personal opinion would be to get darker blinds / drapes for the bedroom windows, as it was hard to block out light in the morning. Overall I would highly recommend this house!

True home away from home

What a great house! Clean and tidy. In the heart of everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to the park at the end of the street or play games at the house. The home is plenty big enough for everyone to spread out or all be together. No loss for space here! Our family would definitely come back and stay here.

Cozy home for family in perfect location.

We loved this house it was very cozy and spacious. Nice having a great yard and a perk with pool. The neighborhood was very cute and family oriented. We also felt it was very safe and that's always a bonus. Logan and Shawnea bent over backwards on every accomodation or request. They were prompt in their response to everything. The location was awesome near Denver and Red Rocks. Plus everything you need in the vicinity all within miles, an outdoor mall, restraunts, grocery, parks, highway, light rail. I will be reccomending this place to friends and family. The Cayce Clan!

There’s something very special about this home!!

For our group of 6, this home suited us perfectly. Every communication with our hosts was warm and accommodating. We were a family group in for our uncle’s funeral and were moved to find a bouquet of flowers and a sweet card of condolence on the table. The home provided the teenager in our group a game room with a large TV and since it was on an lower floor he was not constrained to keep the same hours as the 4 seniors in the family. The location was ideal for us and we loved a beautiful ride to the mountains for a day at Vail as well as the short ride from the airport. There were many hospitable touches throughout the home and plenty of room for family togetherness as well as private spaces. I immediately recommended it to our family in the area for any guests who might visit. The home itself as well as the wonderful hosts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although we had no time to enjoy the pool, it looked great.
