Welcome to our stunning, brand-new 4,076 Sq. Ft. beach home—your perfect escape for comfort, space, and style near Melbourne Beach! Just 0.3 miles from the ocean, this home features a private pool, pool table room, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Relax by the pool as you enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Ideal for family and friends, our home is ready to be the setting for unforgettable memories. We’d love to host your next getaway!

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.

★ POOL INFO ★

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.

You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property.

Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.

Boats are not allowed.

A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.

The house was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The kitchen could use some additional larger serving bowls and utensils. Pool area was great. Definitely cannot park two cars in the garage as one garage door looks to be for a golf cart and garage doors didn’t open well. Overflow parking was convenient to the property which was nice. For a house that sleeps that many people another fridge would be helpful. Hosts were very responsive to me sending messages for whatever questions we had. Even coming over quickly to address a water pressure issue.

Great Place To Stay

We chose this property because of it's size. We attended the Daytona 500 (a little over an hour away from the property) and needed a location to house 14 adults. This property was nice, clean, and perfect for our guests. The restaurant choices within 20 minutes in any direction was great!

Family New Year’s Eve celebration!!

We loved having such a large place. With 9 adults and 4 kids under 4 there was plenty for all! We heated the pool/hot-tub and used it multiple times per day. The beach was very close by and we visited Ryckman Park playground and James H Nance playground!! Great time with great hosts!! !

We had a large group. This house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable and enough common space to gather. House was clean and management was responsive.

Air Force Retirement Gathering

The house was awesome. It was close proximity to the Air Force base. The pool table was a hit with the family as well as the outdoor patio and pool area. We were disappointed to learn what we thought was a jacuzzi was just a spa pool. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house itself was great for our group, plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling like you were on top of each other. However, the little things that can make a stay great weren't quite there. The microwave was broken and when maintenance came to look at it, they just said "no good" and left and we never heard anything else about it getting fixed. The flooring was coming up in a few places and we had to put a band aid on one of the spots to keep people from scraping their toe on the sharp edge. In the kitchen there were very few pans, bowls, and other things needed for cooking meals including no staple ingredients like cooking oil, Pam, seasonings etc. While these are all small things, when you have 10 similar rental properties in the same complex, the little things can make the difference on which property you choose.
