Hi Kim- Thank you for writing a review! We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Let me know how your plans for the wedding come together and I will look forward to helping you with local places here. I wanted you to know I ran the dishwasher after you left without a problem. It can be a little tricky to press long enough and hard enough to kick it on, but it is a powerful dishwasher once in motion. Thank you again for fixing the disposal. Thank you for your amazing efforts to clean the home and towels prior to leaving. All my best. Kelen

Hi Nicole and family- Thank you for your excellent review and kind comments. We are delighted that the house was a success for your family. The kids love the pool, and the golf cart is great fun. We enjoyed meeting you all briefly. Your kids are so much fun. Glad our suggestions helped. Gary and I look forward to welcoming your family back if you head our way. Thanks for taking such great care of the property.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We enjoyed hosting you and your family. You are also a fantastic commentator. Thank you for the wonderful care of the Grand Kabana. :)

We appreciate the feedback and apologize for any inconveniences caused by mechanical issues in the home. We are constantly trying to improve our short-term rental and our services. Our guests deserve a top-quality experience. Your comments help us do that. We appreciate your comment that we were very responsive to those concerns and that it is a nice vacation spot. Regarding the AC noise when the system turns on, we did significant troubleshooting that day and secured vent filters, so they did not move from the sudden suction created when the system engaged. This seems to have damped any potential noise. The refrigerator water filter replacement light came on upon your stay and was replaced immediately. We left a case of spring water as a backup. Thank you again for choosing the Grand Kabana for your family retreat.

We are delighted that you and your family enjoy the Grand Kabana. The outdoor kitchen is an amazing plus we believe, and we are just tickled that your family took advantage of the group activity of making pizzas together. We think that's a blast as well. Your family was a pleasure to host at our rental. Thank you for choosing to visit our location Hope to see you all again.

We want to thank you, Joel, for writing your complimentary review. We enjoyed assisting your group, and it was terrific seeing your wonderful family enjoy the property, the pool, the pizza oven & grill. Thank you all for booking the Grand Kabana, and we would love to assist your group in the future when you head in our direction.

We would be thrilled to have your group back again. Thank you for keeping good care of our beach rental. We cannot thank you enough. We hope the rest of your travels go well!!

Thank you so much for choosing the Grand Kabana for your third multi family spring break trip! Delighted that pool was perfect entertainment for you kids, and that they found the custom submarine bunk room fun, the murals in there are so fun and that they glow in the dark delights young children and some older too. Cool that the kitchen area was fun for your group and I am delighted that the house had everything + what you needed. We just added more poker table supplies as it has been a popular place for grownups to hang out and be together. We would look forward to another visit in the future should you all head our way! Thank you for taking the time to write this review too! We appreciate it greatly. :)
